4	How confident should I be in my job interview tomorrow? How much would be considered arrogant? Honestly, in job interviews the best thing is to be quiets. Honestly... just stfu and listen. If they ask you a question take a second or two to collect your thoughts. Be sure to admit when you don’t know the answer to something, bullshitting sets off a bad vibe. Ask questions, plenty of questions. 1	Brother seems depressed It’s tough because you’re away at school so there’s only so much you can do. The biggest thing for someone his age is to get him involved in activities that will challenge him. Things that will push him out of his comfort zone and give him goals! 2	Best job for an 18 year old that has nothing, but also nothing to lose? To be honest, not entirely sure. Many people seem to do this when they are young and then come back to “normal” life. I worked a 9-5 and hated it, found a job as a recruiter that allows me to help people get new jobs and have a more flexible schedule. It’s hit or miss as some recruiting companies will have you on the phone all day everyday. 5	Why is validating/complimenting women working so well for me? I guess it depends what exactly you’re saying.. if you compliment them by saying they look nice or you like their outfit it’s flirtatious and to the point. If you tell them they are the most gorgeous girl on earth it comes off as PUA and beta. Again the way an alpha thinks is like this...
