Because she didn't have her foot on the seat, as was found in the court. She had it sort of directly below the seat, bent upwards. This is why she was so resistant to getting arrested. This was a bit of a big deal in terms of what 'foot on the seat' means. If you put your foot actually on the 'seat' meaning the entire chair, that isn't really on the seat. Actually, no, this isn't true. Obesity is a rising issue in much of the third world, especially south america recently. Egypt, despite being poor, has one of the highest obesity rates in the world. It has more to do with carb and sugar intake than anything else. Those two foods are VERY addictive. Food addiction is a serious problem. There is a big issue with addiction to sugar and carbs in much of the world that needs to be addressed. That's true, but it's marginal compared to what women face. I think it boils down to the fact that getting penetrated is a lot worse than penetrating. A guy awkwardly being forced to have sex with a girl is still under his control (except in the situations where it actually can be bad, such as she is pinning him down with a weapon and such). If you are seriously going to say that woman abuse men in 3rd world countries commonly then you really need to look at some of the cases there. In certain countries, you can get away with murdering a woman if she sleeps with the wrong person. A huge percentage (way more than the US, albeit I can't link an article because i'm on my phone) of marriages in these 3rd world countries have severe domestic abuse towards women, not just a small percentage, somewhere around the 40-50% range.
