I would see it as a good thing to help someone get healthier. I'm not talking like women with a few extra pounds because that's fine for the most part. It's unhealthy to be actually fat, though. I might be doing it for myself, but it would benefit us both

I mean, we work together and are equals in my eyes. It's not that I want to date high school girls. It's that I want to date this girl. It's pretty easy to fuck a girl, but it's rare that I actually find a girl that I have more than a passing interest for. I see what you mean, but I definitely don't see 18 as a "child"
