Lucky...i get looked at and judge by guys and girls to be honest. Ive built up an intolerance to it but sometimes I look back at them with a look that will make even the toughest guy look at the ground. I dont do it all the time cause im not that type of guy(very kind and sociable actually)but i use my weapons when i have to. There is a difference between looking and staring. I watch sports and only sports...no females...only males working with and for each other for a common goal. From the coaches to the trainers to the equipment managers; its very mgtow. Calling some a retard in this section of reddit is so uncalled for...and BTW eating 3800 calories doesnt necessarily mean you will grow... if you have a fast metabolism plus and a very physical job( i wash cars all day btw) combined with the gym 2 hours and biking 1 hour a night doesnt mean you will grow...i need 4000 calories just to maintain my weight. Same!!! Eating alot of food is the only way to ger bigger. Lifting heavy with a great mind muscle connection while you train. Also a good music playlist enhance any activity. Listen to tune and workout like you mean it! Oh and your leg are 2/3rd of your body weight so NO LEGS =ABSOLUTELY NO GAINS!
