All of the so called "Pretty boys" you can think will of fit the criteria of having a "dominant" face. You simply cannot be attractive as a man when you don't have a Jawline and decent bone structure.

Most white people who race mix are unattractive and this goes for both genders. They know if they date outside their race they can get a comparatively better looking partner because non-white people are the real white supremacists

I read the article you are referring to. The term incestuous was used figuratively to imply that black women rely on their sons for emotional and financial support. Which is apparently common with "baby mama" culture. A poor choice of words in my opinion.
