It is a bold move. They should call that one "The Harvey".

Deion Sanders has a story about winning the super bowl and crying afterwards in his hotel room because after all that work, his ultimate goal meant nothing to him. He felt the same emptiness. I doubt your premise. I don't think working toward a goal will lead to fufillment any more than the other things we throw into our void. I don't think anything could ever cure that particular sorrow. I'm still glad to feel it in the first place, though.

I think child rearing and protecting your family are instinctual, but you can certainly still learn about the best ways to go about it. For women, that means planning and hard work. For men, that means more planning and harder work. Not only that, but also making sure everyone else is on track, and doing all this really without any credit. So it is, so it's always been. We should rename this subreddit to "You're Welcome".

Two basic requirements. The first is lift. The second is to develop a personality. Young girls want to hitch their wagon to a guy who has things going on, who isn't boring. So do things. Take the time that your peers are not taking to find the things for which you have natural talent. Forget video games or the magic card games type of shit. You need to stand out. Pick up a guitar on CL for $50 and watch some youtube tutorials, then start a shitty band and play a show. You can do that a lot faste…

Do not discuss sex with her now that you've established that she is a virgin. No talk about being Mr. Right, or promises of not leaving her. Those are lies. This relationship will end and she's worried about trusting you. Rightfully so, I might add. Even though the pussy smells fresh, her technique will be garbage (of course) and you'll dump her. But somebody's eventually gonna get it anyway, so you might as well call dibs. So you have to be patient. Try something, when she pushes back, hang bac…

Yeah, never really reveal that completely. She wasn't asking for an answer, she was asking to see where you would step next. She's trying to find out if you can be sucked into her frame. It's not good if you let that happen, because then she has to lead the dance and I think you'll find women have little patience for that.

No you already failed the shit test. It's a game to be played and by showing your hand you lost that round. You have to obfuscate. Change the subject, interrupt, tell a joke, or flat out remain silent. Anything but giving her what she wants. You give her what she needs, and what she does not need is the truth. The loss of mystery is the burning wick of a relationship. It doesn't matter how cool she seems or how much she tells you she doesn't care. Once its confirmed that you're fucking other wom…

Opportunity and encouragement are two different things. You should raise a daughter to try to shoot for the stars in whatever she wants to do with a strong emphasis on the importance of her ultimate duty as a mother. You shouldn't change fitness requirements to incentivize more women to become firemen. I mean, do what you want, but your choice should be shamed because you will get a lady killed one day. I think a lot of us are just calling for more common sense in society.

I was reacting more to his calling women empty bubble headed creatures not worth talking to. Which is obviously false to anyone who interacts with women at all. Women really are great, in general. They just aren't great in every context. Neither are we, btw.
/r/TheRedPill22/03/16 05:04 PM
43

Bzzzt, wrong. There are plenty of intelligent, skilled, and generous women out there. The only reason someone would think otherwise is if they didn't interact with many women to know better. Most women aren't dumb or lazy, and the point of this place isn't to hate on them. Their nature is different from ours, that's all. I get it if you're in the anger phase, but at least keep it real kid.

Here's why you should finish what you started, even if you think it's a waste of time and you can't see a net positive right now: You may very likely regret to some degree not finishing, but you will never regret it if you do get that diploma. Do what you want afterwards, but you should always follow through on every goal. No half measures.

It's a shame that people rail against TRP, when really it's just a guide through the hard lessons that come along on the path to being a fully realized man. Even if it didn't exist, the world is more than happy to teach guys the hard way what not to do. I would argue that TRP's entire ethos can be boiled down to this simple but shattering realization a man eventually has one way or another: No one gives a shit about you unless you represent some sort of value to them.

Of course she has the choice, but having influence over the choices a person will make via consequences is, to me, the definition of having a measure of control over someone. If I have a few drinks and want to drive home, the reason I won't is because of the potential legal consequences. So you could say the government has me and others like me under their control in that regard. Controlling a person is not always a bad thing, is what I was saying.

Fine post, but I just want to note on one point. It could be argued that dread game is a form of manipulation and therefore a form of control. I use it, but that's because I reject the notion that all forms of manipulation are bad. In my opinion deception, guilt tripping, and gaslighting are all nasty tools of manipulation to use in a relationship, and should be avoided. For me, dread game doesn't fall in that category of control methods. Sure, playing on a woman's fear of abandonment to get her…

I was stewing over this more last night. So, there's something like 300 million people in the US. Let's say half, so 150 million, are women. The ones that are sexually viable (18-35) again I'm going to guess would be somewhere around half of them. So that's 75 million. According to the CDC in 2013 there were roughly 270,000 HIV positive women just in the US. That means 0.36% of all women. Not the sexually viable ones, but all. So, you have literally a zero percent chance of contracting HIV even …

Thats a pretty tiny "might". You might get hit by a car, so make sure you never go outside.
/r/TheRedPill11/12/15 01:43 AM
2

"Very low risk", huh? Maybe it's just me, but I would put those odds in the category of extremely low risk. Sure, it's possible to contract HIV from the first positive woman you sleep with. But you won't. I can say that with confidence, because the "broscience", which unfortunately for your argument is in this case real science, backs me up on that. It's one thing to be safe, it's another to be overly cautious.
/r/TheRedPill11/12/15 01:34 AM

The failure rate of pulling out is at 4%, condoms are 2%. So, not higher but it's still a surprisingly effective method of birth control.
/r/TheRedPill10/12/15 11:16 PM
8

Actually the risk is closer to 0.03%. So, in other words 0.0%. Zero percent chance. Consider how low your odds of contracting HIV is even after having unprotected sex with a thousand HIV positive women. My point is, Charlie Sheen, Magic Johnson, and Easy-E were either sharing some needles or banging some dudes.

I wasn't in the door five seconds before the first aunt I said hi to asked how the dating was going. My married beta cousin slaps me on the back and tells me he knows my struggle and how tough it is to get laid after a divorce. I told him I wasn't having trouble and he didn't believe me. Same. I know we speak in generalizations around here, but the general rules are too often taken as universal rules. The truth is single moms are not to be avoided entirely. HOWEVER they should be put under the microscope from the beginning even more so than you normally would. Both of your points are partially valid, in my opinion.

This thread in particular just brought them out of the woodwork. The underlying idea is that she dated a certain type of guy on her carousel ride, in this case it happens to be black men whose culture is very naturally alpha/RP, and now that she's "settling down" with a nice controllable white bitch (him) he should be running for the hills. But whenever races comes up in a place that is so anti-PC, you get a lot of prejudiced sentiment run rampant. What can you do.

I disagree. Women aren't stupid, but they're also not evil. Did you ever notice how you'll start getting tired of a girl after having sex with her a few times, and no matter how great she is you'll find things to dislike? That is your instinct to move on and spread your seed around. This isn't a strategy you planned out when you hit puberty, it's just how your brain is designed. From the girl's point of view if you abandon her after she invested in you, then you are the biggest piece of shit in …

Been in a custody thing with my wife for quite a while. The red pill has been invaluable. First thing's first, she's going to try to get you on your heels when you talk to her. She will say you were abusive, manipulative, that you made her hate herself, etc. Anything to try and get you to internalize that you have done wrong, or get you so filled with defensive rage that you lose your composure. With normal guys, this works like a charm. "I can't believe she would say these things, it's like she…

I would agree that the countdown begins when commitment is confirmed. However, I think the speed at which the relationship turns sour is entirely dependent on how much of her respect is continually earned. If you're a bitch who put up a good front, it wont take long for her to realize you're not credible and will move on after destroying you enough that she has an emotional justification to leave you in the dust. But if you are the real deal, a "complete package" so to speak, and can deflect her…

Lately I've been trying to articulate what's been the missing piece in my game so far, and I haven't been able to quite put my finger on it. You've done it, my man. I don't respect the institution either. I agree that the marriage is doomed already if the wife is stepping out. Personally, I'm not concerned with marriage so much as families with children that either exist within them or will exist in the future. I think it's wrong for a woman to jeopardize her children's chances at an optimal (original parent) home. What I would like you to address is whether or not you think you have done anything wrong if you help her do wrong.

If you help your friend steal someone's television, you have done wrong. If your friend asks you to help him move a television that he says someone gave to him as a gift, and then you find out that he lied and you just helped him steal it, then you've done nothing wrong. I don't see how that's rationalization, JP. Seems like some pretty basic ethics to me. Also, the argument that "if I didn't, someone else would", is a pretty flimsy one. I couldn't disagree more. If used as a tool, weed can absolutely be an asset. If you don't go out of your normal frame of mind by way of some form of mindfullness on a regular basis, you become like an untested bridge built rigid and stiff that crumbles at the first storm that blows through. I think as long as you aren't using it as a means of escaping responsibility, it's not only fine but is quite a useful means of introspection.

That logic seems flawed to me. That's 30% of fathers who get the test done, which they then extrapolate onto the entire population of fathers. But I would imagine one would only have the test done if they were suspicious of the circumstances, and so those stats are a little skewed. For example, I wouldn't need a dna test because my kids are my clones. So, I don't think the rate of false parentage is as dire as 30%.

The reason anal is a turn on is the same reason we like girls to swallow, or dress up, or say dirty shit. It's a frontier she gives up to you and it's more of a sexual power trip than a physical thing, her submitting herself to please you.

Well I know enough not to ask. Also, I'm talking specifically about skipping the vag, which is arguably a higher accomplishment than the hat trick and in my experience more difficult to pull off.

What's the move? I know the technique to get anal usually, at least I know what works for me. I normally do some kind of continuous ass stimulation along with everything else I'm doing, so that eventually when I put it in it's more of a natural progression than coming out of nowhere. The ways I've tried to skip the puss so far has ranged from going oral with lots of ass fingering and gently attempting to slide in, to just throwing caution to the wind and haphazardly ramming it in during those be…

No, don't get me wrong, this model is definitely fat and probably even clinically classified as obese. I'm saying I'd take a chubby girl with a pretty face over a rail thin one any day. It's not exactly a fetish, but I realize it's not exactly normal either. She is around my limit for fatness though, and if her face wasn't that nice, I wouldn't even consider it. Browse the top posts in /r/thick and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Seriously though, instead of doing nothing maybe that would've been a better move to at least try. I wonder how many guys have actually been able to skip the vag and go straight to anal. I've done everything under the sun, and I can't even boast that accomplishment. I have tried quite a few times.

That's what I was thinking. How could a woman possibly give as good a blowjob without the intimate knowledge of a penis that a man has? brb, going on grindr to test my theory... Edit: I've made a huge mistake.

I think this line of thinking is just the right key to move on from the anger phase. Once you realize that if you had been born a woman you would behave exactly the same way, there's really no one left at which to be angry. They're victims of circumstance just as much as the young incels.

I've heard about "the wall" decades before finding TRP. I think that's already part of the male locker room lexicon. It's such a good analogy. No warning, sailing along like a paper plane until splat, insurmountable.

I thought that maybe your comment was hyperbole. Then I checked out some WNBA videos, having never seen it in my life. My god. You're not exaggerating. I saw one where this chick hit a simple three pointer and the crowd ERUPTED. Every shot they make is a layup. How are there even fans outside of their families?

Have a baby with a LTR after a years long vetting period. Just don't get married. If your kids ask if your married, say yes. Why not? The statistics that say child development is negatively effected if the parents aren't married is because the family is split apart. It's not like the child checks the marriage license and then decides not to act out. Just find someone who is as close to unicorn as you can get and impregnate her, but don't ever hand her the option to destroy your future.

It's the reality that I hope we all come to face sooner than later, a lot of these writers are just competent chumps like Forney. Which may or may not invalidate their advice. For this guy, I think it does. His article is pure dumb opinion, with a few lame quips peppered throughout it. I get the sense that he's like the singer that couldn't hack it as a pop star, so he puts on a drawl and goes into country music. There are so many useless clubs that people attach themselves to for life, we don't really get a sense of it because they aren't a part of your life. But trust me, anything that can give a person something to do is always attractive. Just get ready for droves old guys trying to get away from their wives. I think it's a great idea and a fantastic use of your time. It's good to be on the side that adds something to the community, no matter how big it ends up.

You might have a point, you might not. I do my best to stay out of the race to the bottom everyone seems to be engaged in. I don't think grown men should take part in a contest to see which group is more oppressed. All this "switch the genders" shit doesn't make sense to me in a subreddit devoted to highlighting the fundamental differences between men and women. We're treated differently in society. Sometimes that's a good thing, sometimes not. Get over it.

In the eyes of the law, there should be no difference. But emotionally I think I'm more ready to forgive a murderer if they witnessed their parents killing multiple people, or something along those lines.

I don't know anything about Lena Dunham, so I assume that she actually is a victim of child abuse and you aren't just adding that erroneously. Even if that is the case and she was molested, it changes nothing. Whether she acted sexually toward her sister because she was exploring as normal kids do, or was mimicking things that were done to her, at the end of the day she was seven years old. No one can truly understand anything fully at that age, let alone have the capability to be a evil monstro…

Help me to understand. You're saying that the body has evolved redundant systems in place that allow the genitalia to keep working in case of catastrophic injury like this, or the body prioritizes regeneration of some sort of connection with the genitals especially? Dude, there are no more ugly women in your world. Only body types. So excluding fat or flat chicks, your dating prospects far outnumber that of a sighted man. Just don't ever ask anyone what your girl looks like, and you're dating anyone you want to picture! Mila Kunis, Jennifer Lawrence, whoever the last hot chick you've seen is, doesn't matter you get to choose their look. If you still want to make sure you bang tens for whatever reason, just pick up a guitar and learn how to play and sing.

OP, do NOT follow /u/Thr0wnAwaay 's advice. The part about feedback from your exes is fine, but don't tailor your thoughts to accommodate anyone else. If you filter yourself, you are misrepresenting yourself so people will continue to like you and thus are forming your relationships based on lies. Be as honest as you can possibly be in all interactions and keep meeting new people until you surround yourself with those you mesh with in terms of ideas, temperment, and sensibilities. Yeah, most women I talk to say that same line, yet every girl I call would go on talking forever if life allowed them. Growing up I remember seeing women talk literally for hours on the phone, giggling and talking shit. Not anymore. Maybe its a lost love of women, mindless phone chatter.

You know, I get what you're saying, but there is something to be said for the less attractive women. I can say personally that there is a place for them at least in my life. Seducing attractive women takes more effort and finesse, and sometimes I'm just not up for it. Some weekend nights I just want to kick back at the house, call up a butterface, have her bring over some food, throw her the dick and go to sleep at a reasonable hour. Everybody wins. If you live in the US, chances are there are churches that give out free stuff. Clothes, food, sometimes even furniture. I used to go to a lot of them as a kid, and there were constantly pregnant women around. Also, when women in the Navy get pregnant and they don't have a house because they're unmarried, they stay in a barracks specifically for pregnant women. If you live near a naval base, befriend someone with access, and find some wandering around the expecting barracks. Happy hunting, perve…
