-12	Lost my job, still have to pay child support even though my ex is getting a $15k boob-job, makes 60k a year and still lives at home and I'm a full-time student. I guess I'd feel more sympathy for you if there was SOME indication that you had any sense of responsibility for your kid. Whether she spends her money on boob jobs or blow jobs is irrelevant. System is often unfair to fathers, but -- and sorry to say it -- this just somehow sounds like whining. Rearrange your schedule.. wouldn't you give your fucking right arm for your kid? 1	Falsely Accused and Suspended from College without Evidence, Based Solely on the Accuser's word I agree with advice to sue. School, the woman especially, and that professor "judge" who sounds incompetent, the school cop for charges of violating your rights to privacy, the school as a whole. If this is as you say, the woman may be pretty disturbed or something. You would be suing for damage to your education, career, reputation, and peace of mind.
