Can confirm. Literally the entire culture is geared towards finding a woman to settle down with, or go out every weekend to get laid. If you aren't doing that, you're weird. The worst part is that you can't even bring it up. When people go to clubs, they don't admit that they're going to score. They make up some bullshit like "getting drunk is fun" or "the music is awesome". Right. That's why you go back home feeling miserable when you aren't able to get any girls? There's only a few people that…

Is it really not a bright idea, though? With the way things are going nowadays, women seem to be getting away with everything. I mean, look at this guy's wife - things turned out just fine for her. Just like they'll probably turn out for her daughter. Just face it - attractive women can do whatever they want when they're younger, and then just settle down with some random desperate guy who will do whatever she wants. Even if you won't take these, there will always be someone out there who will. …

In all fairness, I'd say there's more women who know how to cook, than men know how to cook. I mean this as in if we were to take the average of men who know how to cook and compare it to the women, the women would be more likely to come out on top. So it doesn't matter if the top chefs just so happen to be men.

I actually don't mind when women come here. They often try making a case for themselves, only to realize they have no valid arguments to present. We then either get to prove them wrong, and/or laugh at how ridiculous their train of thought usually is. Besides, I like to think we're able to handle ourselves. If we keep removing posts from people we don't like or disagree with, we're honestly no better than the powerhungry, easily-offended SJW mods over at r/feminism and r/TwoXChromosomes.

This. I don't get why she is getting so much hate. If she had aborted the man's child, people would bitch at her because of that. "What about the father's rights?!" I've met a couple of men who became so bitter because their ex-partner aborted their baby. But here she actually went through the whole pregnancy JUST FOR THE FATHER. Gave it up and left. And yet it's still not enough. She needs to accept the baby that she said she never wanted right from the start. WTF? We persecute women for a lot …

Not all woman go through life the same way, though. Consider that unattractive women are unable to pull off the same shit that attractive women keep on getting away with. For those women, going their own way is at least something they are forced to consider. The problem is that they are a lot more hard-wired to have a connection with someone. Plus there's the fact that sooner or later, they'll start craving a baby. But still, this alone is enough to show that not all women are the same. Now, if …

I agree. And actually, I agree with OP's outrage with the situation. He was upfront about his intentions from the start, but she still went along with it. Probably thinking he would end up changing his mind or something. I'm asking because this is actually the plot of a movie, 500 Days of Summer. The movie tells the story from the guy's point of view, and you're made to feel sorry for him, and to think the girl was a total bitch for doing what she did. But if you watch closely, it's clear she wa…

I wanna ask you a question. It might sound weird, but I'm genuinely interested in your opinion on this. Let's say you are looking for a relationship. You are looking for a woman to bond with and form a long-lasting connection with. Love, as some might call it. One day, you meet a girl that you really like. And she really likes you too You start hanging out with each other, and before things get any further, she warns you that she isn't looking for anything serious. You figure she's not so keen o…

I used to think this too. I was blasted for saying it the first time. I guess apparently, further down the line, guys apparently start requiring a girl to do more than just lie three. Next thing you know, you'll be having to fuck her in the butt to get off. Next thing you know, it won't be a girl you have to fuck in the butt to get off. Just kidding, but the point is, the further down the line you go, the more you'll need to be satisfied. That's the impression I got, anyway. Personally, a girl d…

Here where I live, I always wonder the opposite. There are a bunch of teenagers wearing shitty clothes and sandals, running around acting like clowns, when they should be at school. They'll sometimes camp outside supermarkets and restaurants, and ask you to buy them something to eat. "Where are your parents?" is what I want to ask them. It pisses me off, how people are able to give birth to these fucks, and then not be held accountable. If these kids end up robbing or killing someone, nothing ha…

To be fair, it should have been more like... "We made this!" "We made this?" ... "I made this." Besides, Katie isn't even the one claiming all the praise. It's mainly the feminist media (so basically all media) trying to make it seem like it was all her work.

It's a scam on both sides. This is how relationships work. Guys who are 6s and 7s, will mostly look to date girls who are 8s and 9s. However, these girls will consider themselves as 6s and 7s, and the guy they're interested in as an 8 or a 9. I'm using numbers here, but in reality it doesn't work this way. Because it's not just about how attractive someone is. It encompasses everything one person might like about another, so it is impossible to quantify, as it varies from one person's tastes to …

I don't get proposals nowadays. I always thought the proposal was supposed to be the moment where you let your partner know you want to marry them. THAT'S IT! And you think of a nice way to do it, so that they'll hopefully say yes. Yet nowadays, it's become this nonsense where you first discuss it with your partner, that you're thinking about proposing to them... and THEN you actual propose? Like what the fuck?! What's even the point, since you already discussed it beforehand and know she's gonn…

Yeah, noticed that too. It's pretty sad. I guess in that sense, they are like incels - unable to be happy with just themselves, somewhat angry/upset that they aren't able to find a partner, and feel like the world is against them in that regard. What irks me a bit is that I bet A LOT of those girls would be able to get a decent guy if they actually tried approaching guys, instead of waiting for them to do it.

I've never checked out any of the incel subs, so I wouldn't know. Some of the comments I saw there mentioned how they seemed to have given up on men, because they aren't attractive enough to be viewed as relationship material (relationships being the only thing they care about). Similar to how guys give up on dating because they believe they'll never find a woman who won't eventually feel like monkey-branching. Not only that, but they seem genuinely upset at men because we only want to date 10/1…

Just checked out that sub. Holy shit. That place is like... well, KIND of like MGTOW, but for women. It's amazing! I dug around a little, and they seem to have pretty much given up on men in general. One thing I found especially funny, is how they seem to pick on "beautiful women" (Stacy) the same way we like to pick on soyboys. To them, the attractive women ruin things for the rest of them. Also found a thread talking about how men will always look at other women - even if he's in a happy relat…

To everyone commenting about how you don't find her attractive - I hope you guys aren't missing the point: even average-looking girls are able to find a partner JUST BY FUCKING EXISTING! On the other hand, guys have to work their ass off to make sure they have an attractive body, get a good job to make heaps of money, AND (after all that) make sure we don't come off as creepy when all is said and done. What do women have to do? Look pretty and smile. And yet they act as if it's some huge burden.…

I mean... there's no telling if Tony's gonna die there. I've seen enough movies to notice the patterns, and the way he gets portrayed in the trailer gives me the impression he will either get rescued somehow, OR he will die and then get brought back another way (along with other heroes). They might reference back to Dr. Strange saying there was only one way to win, and letting Thanos erase half the universe was part of the plan. I'm only looking forward to seeing Captain Marvel in the next Avengers movie. That's it. This actual "stand-alone" origin story sounds like it's just going to be the feminist version of Black Panther. And don't get me wrong - Black Panther was alright and all, but you didn't have to watch it to understand Infinity Wars. Just like how you didn't need to watch Wonder Woman to understand Justice League. Thing is... I hated Wonder Woman. And I keep getting the same vibes from this movie. Don't worry…

They don't want to believe this. They'll make fun of anyone who says a woman's SMV has an experiation date, and refuse to acknowledge that later on, the chances of her finding a partner starts to plummet. And you know what? That's fine. They don't want to listen to reason and common sense? Whatever. It's fine, as long as they don't later start blaming men and the "patriarchy" for the fact that they're still single.

For a while I was a bit worried that they took an originally male superhero and turned him female "because feminism", but turns out there have been multiple versions of Captain Marvel throughout the years. Some of whom were women, way before the whole feminist "woke" movement picked up. So I'll give them a pass on this. However, the whole marketing campaign behind the new movie coming out, trying extra hard to be woke and shit... that's just downright depressing.

Word of advice to you - learn to be happy with yourself. Do things for you, and ONLY for you. Make yourself happy, without having to rely on anyone. Only then will you find true happiness. You are under the impression that sex is going to make you happy. It's not. Even if you sleep with a 10/10. Yeah sure, it might be great when you're actually there and doing it. You might even look back and think it was the greatest night of your life. HOWEVER... think about all the shit you had to go through …

I feel like that last line outlines the main problem with women these days. If a woman says yes, it's like she's telling the guy that she wants him. And that's bad from a woman's perspective. The guy is supposed to FIGURE OUT that she wants him, without her telling him. This is a similar concept that governs a lot of things when it comes to women. If she has to spell ANYTHING out for you, you automatically lose. So you have to guess why she's upset, what you did wrong, where she wants to eat, wh…

This. Guys get so much shit for caring about physical appearance. But at least physical appearance isn't as fragile as a woman's "idea" of a man, which tends to be entirely what women base their attraction on. Yes, physical beauty fades over time, but in that time, other feelings can grow. But with women? Like damn, a guy can literally be the MAN OF HER FUCKING DREAMS, but she won't ever notice him because he "seemed creepy". Or his shoes were dirty. Or he was standing weird. OR he made the mist…

My point was that it doesn't matter if all women are like that or not. Meaning, like you said, we have to assume they're all like that. The risk is just not worth the reward. Too much effort has to be put into achieving something incredibly unstable. In truth though, I like to think there are actually a few women out there who know what they're doing. Who are happy with whoever they ended up with, despite whatever imperfections there might be in their marriage. Because they know it's better to f…

It's not that perfect women don't exist. They do. But they are short-lived. Overtime, a woman's mind changes, as does her attitude. One day, she actually genuinely loves you, would do anything for you. But eventually, I guess it must be female nature that kicks in. Suddenly, she misses the attention she was able to get when she was single. Suddenly, she wants to see if she can still get as much cock as she once did. Suddenly, she realizes her lifestyle - regardless of how amazingly good it is - …

Getting kicked in the balls will hurt, regardless of which gender is behind the kick. That aside, a woman is still capable of hitting you in places where it will hurt as well. The only problem is that they will ALMOST ALWAYS lose any sort of grappling struggle. Meaning as soon as the guy grabs either of her arms, it's pretty much over depending on what his intentions are. A few weeks ago, there was news of a Judo championship winner who beat up a guy who tried mugging her at night. She messed hi…

This is so funny. Even since before Reddit existed, I realized chasing after women is a waste of time. What's the point of repeatedly asking women out? My biggest problem is that there's no way to know if they're single or not. If they aren't, you get rejected. If they don't like the way you're dressed, you get rejected. If they don't like your "first impression", you get rejected. So right off the bat, your chances of being rejected are astronomically high. But let's say you ignore all that, an…

So many men don't get it. It's not that the ad itself is bad. It's just the horrible timing of it all. The constant rise in radical feminists, who spew misandrist bullshit. The talk about rape culture (which is a myth), the wage gap (which is a myth), the #MeToo movement (which is anti-male by nature). You say most women would never do that (use dates as free meals). Yes, only a small number of women are like this. But the thing is, it's a normality for women to think the guy should pay the bill on the first date. Meaning it's what most women everywhere expect to happen. This doesn't mean there aren't women out there who wouldn't mind sharing the bill, but it still doesn't change the fact that it happens to so many guys. It's not their fault. Feminism has taught them that they are the victims. That men are the enemy, and therefore shouldn't be trusted. It's a nice narrative for them, just as how "being a nice guy" is a nice narrative for boys who are growing up. Boys eventually realize though, that being nice doesn't benefit men. And slowly, women too will realize that feminism doesn't benefit women - it's an insult to what they are capable of doing, and just leads to them being unhappy. Until that happens, we'l…

A lot of people don't know what it is. And, to be frank, the definition and meaning of MGTOW can vary depending on who you ask, so it's hard to blame them. That said, I'd say the majority of the MGTOW hatred gets inherited from other places, from things such as misogyny and incels. To make matters worst, a lot of the MGTOW content happens to be misogynistic. So it's easy for outsiders to take a brief look and assume it's just a bunch of angry men who hate women because they aren't able to get la…

I think it depends on how good the female character is, and how much the main character itself actually impacts the gameplay/plot. For example, take a game like Metroid, for example. At first, nobody even knew the main character was a woman. And it didn't fucking matter. It didn't matter who the character was - the game wasn't about that. It was a platform shooter and that's why it was fun. So when you discover it's actually a woman in the suit, it doesn't necessarily add or take from the game. …

I hate how a lot of people have this mentality that you have to be the alpha, that it's better, that being anything else is bad. But they never stop to consider that not everyone can be an alpha, and that life becomes a constant, pointless competition if you're constantly trying to be better than everyone else. Oh, and the worst part, is that not only do you have to be better than everyone else, but you have to go out of your way to show it, too. Which more often than not just ends up turning yo…

Well actually... there comes a point in the life of every woman where they have to ask themselves that question: "I'm old now, and guys don't chase anymore. What am I going to do?" And it destroys a lot of them. If they haven't settled down with a guy (that they're probably not even attracted to), they're most likely doomed to be alone.

Damn it, I'm late. I really hope you see this. This is what keeps me going whenever I feel upset for the reasons you seem to be upset about. You see... women have all these perks and advantages that men don't, right? I'm not gonna bother listing what they are. But, literally every single one of them are tied down to how attractive they are. Without that attractiveness, all those advantages disappear! Consider that for a second. This means unattractive women are in the same boat as us. For them, …

Sometimes I think about how nice it might be to have a girlfriend. Then I think about how I would have to stop doing all the things I LOVE doing by myself, in order to hang out with said girlfriend. Plus, it's not like one will just randomly appear in front of me. I actually have to go find one, put in effort, risk getting rejected, etc. Like... really? It's not even a tough choice. lol

You speak of bigotry. Of stupidity. Well I've got some sad news for you - the country you are currently moving to is full of that. In fact, I don't think there is a single place on earth where you will be free of such things. That said, the only thing you can do is learn how to cope with such an environment. The stupidity and bigotry are always going to be there. Your job is to make sure it doesn't get to you. Keep your head up, but make sure you don't become a hypocritical bigot in the process.

I know a couple of people online who are in relationships and haven't gotten married. The longest one have been together for about 8 years. The girl tells me she has no interest in getting married. They both feel as though marriage would "ruin things", and see it as something unnecessary. Not that I use them as some sort of standard. I know this is a rare situation, but I feel as though this might become more common as time goes by. I also remember seeing a thread on Reddit a few months ago, abo…

Excellent post. Though I think it's fair to point out that there are some MGTOW who happen to be misogynists. Except it has nothing to do with MGTOW - that's all on them. Yet you have these idiots who will quickly associate this behavior and correlate it with MGTOW principles. I believe that's what ends up giving us a bad name.

I remember two of my friends saying the same thing: "Ever since high school, I've never been single. I've been leaving a relationship and immediately jumping into another one. I feel like I don't know how to be by myself, etc. So I'm going to take some time off to focus on myself." They made it sound like they were gonna spend months without dating. Except they both ended up getting asked out the next few weeks and started dating again. I feel like if women approached men as often as guys approa…

Oh, I've met a lot of women who said they were gonna go their own way. I was even friends with some of them! They were all going through a break up, and said they were gonna focus on themselves now, and take a break from men and relationships. None of them lasted more than 2 weeks before they were dating again. lol

I legit came in here today thinking about posting this story. This literally disgusting. It's like the epitome of a woman only being interested in using men to get what they want, while not giving an actual fuck about them. Even if nothing ends up happening to her, it's still a huge eye-opener for guys to be in their guard about women.

Men often get told that the secret to getting women is to not put them on a pedestal. Except what they don't get told is that it doesn't matter if you do or do not - women put themselves there. Pretty sure they won't take lightly to anyone who threatens the amount of attention they seemingly require in order for them to survive. Anyway, no matter how good your comment is, all most people are going to see is the word "MGTOW", and downvote you. They probably didn't even read the whole post.

How do we define what is or isn't a human being, though? And also... when? At what point does it stop being a "bundle of cells" and become an actual person? I'm sure everyone's tired of hearing these questions - myself included. Probably because there's no real way to answer them. But they're still important things to consider when you bring up abortion. Personally, I don't think none of this matters. If the mom doesn't want the baby, she should be able to get rid of it. If it's born, she can pu…

It's not about improving women. It's about setting boundaries to our perspective. Consider the following: "She cheated on her husband of 7 years, with her hot personal trainer." What a slut! AWALT! "He slept with his hot, younger coworker, ending their 7-year marriage." Ahhh, good for him. Do you not see it? Or maybe you just don't care, which is fine. I just think it invalidates the saying that AWALT if men suddenly start behaving the same way.

That's pretty much it. I'm kinda curious where you posted that. I remember one day trying my best to explain and defend MGTOW, stating that we don't all hate women, and listing down reasons as to why men start adopting this lifestyle. Luckily for me, the thread was promptly removed before anyone was able to downvote!

I go out on my own most of the time. My coworkers all live pretty far away, so it's hard setting up things to do when it's not immediately after work. This often leads to me going out on weekends to my favorite restaurants, watching movies, etc. Other than that, I'm mostly a stay-at-home guy myself.

You say he "upgraded", but isn't this one of the key complaints that MGTOW have about women? About how they will inevitably monkey-branch whenever they get the opportunity? I mean sure, one can argue that she isn't telling the whole story (which honestly is what I like to think in these situations), but I still think we ought to be careful when glorifying actions like these, lest we become hypocrites.

I hate this logic. With this type of reasoning, one could argue that each sperm cell is a potential human being, thus whenever you masturbate you are literally throwing away countless lives. Is this really the level we've come to? Oh but wait, I forgot - when one of these sperm cells meets an egg, it's somehow supposed to be "different". I could go on and on about this and how stupid this can get.

In my situation, it's not that I "decided" it's the right way. I just currently like my single lifestyle. And if I did end up getting a girlfriend, I'd have to make drastic changes to that lifestyle. Maybe those changes would be worth it, maybe they wouldn't. Thing is, I don't really think about, it or care. I'm happy the way things are right now. Besides, the amount of effort I'd have to put in to even find someone compatible, let alone all the things I'd have to juggle to make sure she doesn't…

Similar to a lot of the women who like going to clubs. You try hitting on them, and... "Oh, I'm just here to dance." "I'm here with my friends." Bich, you just here for the ego boost that you get from seeing guys trying to pick you up. Now, with Tinder and Instagram, they don't have to leave the house.

I love how he clearly explained everything he thinks is bad about MGTOW and why he thinks it's stupid. But oh, wait... of course he didn't. He has no arguments against MGTOW. He didn't even try properly. All he did was throw words around. Also, I love the "nothing but snowflakes who cry and ban when their beliefs are questioned" part. Whenever I see an argument developing here, I often see people using reasoning and logic to back up their beliefs. I have yet to see a message get deleted, or a us…

If it EXISTS, there is porn of it. Keyword there being "exists". The reason you couldn't find anything, is because the female wage gap doesn't actually exist. It's a myth created by pissy women, who are mad over men earning more than them. Men who either: a) Do a better job. b) Bother to ask for a raise. c) Work more hours.

Working 9-5 isn't as bad as people make it. It really depends on whether you end up liking what you do or not. You're still young, there's still plenty of time for you to decide what it is you like and want to do. And it's not just a few days off a year. You'll have weekends. Personally, I find ways to treasure even the few hours I have during weekdays when I get back from work. Just make your spare time count. And stop thinking that there's an easy alternative, because there isn't. Those people…

We criticize women a lot for being the way they are sometimes, but I think it's important to remember that a lot of men out there are no better. They will leave an amazing woman to trade her for a new "hotter" one. Or they will end up cheating on her. No sympathy from me here either. I know the "she was probably cheating on him as well" argument gets thrown a lot, but I like to maintain a certain level of integrity instead of stooping to the levels of other people.

I bet a lot of guys who got screwed over by divorce, or ended up getting cheated on, know this feeling very well. They "dreaded" it their whole lives, tried to "run from it" by loving their girl with all their heart... but "destiny" still ended up coming. And they knew what it was like to lose. And they figured out they didn't want to lose anymore, and thus MGTOW was born. :')

I personally don't believe there's much of a difference between a guy using a fleshlight, and a girl using a dildo. A lot of women claim to not needing guys anymore because they have a dildo, some even going so far as saying they find it better than the real thing. However, if we consider sex to be a lot more emotional for women than for men, one can easily see who ultimately is more dependant.

My favorite part about the discussion you're having with this guy, is that if something like this took place somewhere like r/ShitRedditSays or r/TwoXChromosomes, his comments would definitely have been reported and deleted. But not here in r/MGTOW. Here, when someone disagrees with us, we actually try and explain to them the reasoning behind our views and beliefs. We're actually civilized (at least initially). Oh and, great job with this explanation. Too bad he doesn't seem to want to get it. H…

This is an interesting outlook to contemplate. Though you will find a lot of people who will argue that, often times, it's worth being tied down. Some people end up never hating their children, never regretting their marriage, etc. But it's a huge risk. So high, in fact, that one cannot blame someone for choosing freedom. I know you probably had MGTOW in mind when you wrote this, but this is a solid piece of advice that everyone should consider.

I've always wanted to try archery! Sadly here in my country I don't think it's much of a thing. So I stick with piano, video games, and working out when I'm not working. When choosing your hobbies, pick something that makes you feel proud. For example, I'm currently able to play a couple of songs I never thought I would be capable of playing on the piano. If you choose archery, strive to being reasonably good at it, and figuring out where you can improve. This will go a long way into making sure…
