Looks like this report is only half done. It reads as a slow downhill decline. Where is the part that shows your gameplan to get it back on the up and up? Do you have a gampeplan or are you looking for advice or both?

Great advice, but if the mental doesn't work, Source Naturals make a supp called Nightrest that works wonders and will help keep those lifts up.

I totally agree with the need to have strong male friends. Unfortunately me and likely most people on here do not have them and its difficult making new friends this late in life with a family and a pandemic, etc. Im glad you guys were able to work it out but i cant help trying to brainstorm a way for guys on here from the same local areas being able to meet up for support, i know its lame but if its effective for you two then it would be effective for many

Another solid post. I take this as a reminder to stay true to holding onto the power to burn it all down in a second. In the past, the nuke button was weaponized by her to scare me, but once I adopted DNGAF and used it against her in both actions and words, she was the one who was scared. Now working to get past leading by fear and to lead by DHV

Good post to remind me how much work I need to do. Went over to 60DOD week5 game to brush up on my shortcomings

I could write a small book here but will keep it to bullet points to stay relevant. *TRT is great for some people who need it- if you have low numbers and symptoms, a doc can help you out. *The body is an integrated system- Test goes up, Estrogen goes up. Need to keep an eye on that one. Alpha mindset kicks up until E goes up and you can get really sensitive and emotional. Also, have your thyroid, liver values, cholesterol, free test, etc. checked. If one piece of the puzzle is deficient, all the…

I'm using this time to up my cardio by trail running in the woods. My cardio endurance is lacking compared to my relative strength so this pandemic helps steer me to address a weak point.

I know you're right and yet I still can't get myself to post there even though I thought about it plenty of times. Either I'll finally do it, or I'll let it all burn.

This post made me look at my old journal from 2018. The first entry reads about when she said WE love each other but are not in love. I disputed her statement initially but later agreed. I had a pretty long dry spell after that talk. Found RP, sidebar, lots of reading (audible) and things have been better, but far from perfect. I really dont know if she had someone else during the months where we were headed for divorce. She later said we are still in love but the feelings are buried. I have imp…

This is the million dollar question for me. If the bedroom is just transactional and/or duty sex, how do we get back to validational? Still reading up for answers.

I landed into a similar situation but did not take it as well. The problem is if she is so open and willing about transactional sex I can't help but think about how much of the rest of the sex we have is based on transactional and not validational. If the majority/all of the sex in the marriage is transactional, shouldn't one have more respect for themself and fix it or GTFO? Still working on the fixing part, if I see no hope then its time for me to GTFO.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
