I have several employees that report to me and I try to keep business and personal life seperate. One report is a young lady and is extremely attractive, much younger then I, I complemented once on her eyes. Not trying to flirt. And now she is constantly staring at me or comes into my bubble space. Im very polite and step away, but if we connect eyes for more then 2-3 sec's it feels like eye sex. Usually my flight or fight panic kicks in around 10 sec's, then Im outta there and try to avoid her …
