What is different here is she didn’t peddle clicks and advertising, she knowingly promoted a machine that gave false cancer diagnosis to patients. There’s a difference and most people can see that. My friend who works in that field of biotech says her irresponsibility single handedly set back his field by 10 years since no one will fund startups in that area anymore.
