If someone is condemning relationships and expressing that they aren't interested in them, that's not an involuntary celibate.

The issue is not that Gillette is calling men toxic or harmful as a gender. The issue is that Gillette is holding all men accountable for the actions of some men. Gillette is saying "you must activity address these problems caused by other people to be a good man". That man is about to hit on a woman passing by on the street? Unless you physically stop him yourself, you are the problem. Those two kids are wrestling? Unless you step in and separate them, not only are those kids going to grow up t…

Was it sarcastic? Or for emphasis, since most people probably don't think of men suffering from eating disorders.

How narcissistic can you be? Just because YOUR "differing view" is concern trolling does not mean "anyone with a differing view" is concern trolling. Language policing is concern trolling. If you really want to change people's perspective on this, you'd have been better served stating why you don't use that term, and asking for others thoughts. When you come out the gate asking people to change the way they speak, you're going to be dismissed.

Although we see reports of police brutality towards black men more on TV, police brutality is absolutely a men's issue. More white men are killed by police each year than black men. But more importantly way more men are killed by police than women each year. Edit: meant to reply to the person above rainman206

What of my statement indicates I am an Incel? I don't treat women any differently or "special" than I treat a man. Treating women as special creatures deserving of our reverence is textbook gynocentrism. Chivalry is gynocentrism. I'll hold a door open if it's convenient. Doesn't matter who it's for. I won't if it's not. Doesn't matter who wants me to. ETA: Cuck is the appropriate term for a man who is engaging in gynocentric behavior, regardless of the flavor. This is actually not that different from what would happen if it were a young man accused. He would be denied due-process, expelled, and if he sued, he'd likely win. This has happened already.

For some MRAs, perhaps you are right. But I am no longer interested in being a utility, even if women did take back their evolutionary responsibility. We no longer live in a world where that is necessary for survival. Traditional gender roles are no longer useful, and I'd argue they are harmful to men, even if women fully embrace all the responsibilities of their traditional role. No, I'll take actual equality thanks. You want a relationship with me? That means you put up and pay out just as muc…

Maybe you should stop resorting to the same shaming tactics women use. This is a forum for support. I do leave most conflict. But I reserve the right to tell women to STFU who carry on and on about an inane topic, particularly at the expense of fellow men. You likewise reserve the right to adopt stoicism. They are basically the same age. My thinking is, their value systems are just different. That means that there are going to be further conflicts down the line. Always being "wrong" (as he will be according to her) takes its toll on men. It's the exact kind of thing that can lead to him being chronicly depressed and frustrated, eventually lashing out violently and landing himself in jail and worse. He needs to get out now to avoid all that.

Agreed with everything. I was saying he doesn't get a decision from their perspective. In his mind he's probably thinking, I've put all this effort into this girl, if I walk away, I just wasted all my time and energy. This exactly. It's a dumb rule imo, because as others have stated it's not difficult to circumvent. We actually are allowed to listen to music through the computer speakers if it's not bothering anyone else. My boss actually listens to podcasts. I've started playing jazz cause it's what I like, always SFW and I don't care if it bothers others. It's not loud, and they always have their shit music playing, so they can deal.

Luckily the boss (the only other man) and I have a good relationship, and I'm one of the few workers who actually gets shit done, so there's nothing they can do about it. They can want me fired all they want. Doesn't mean it'll happen.

That's all well and good if you decide to live like a hermit (which some men do to great effect) but if you want to participate in society in any way, odds are you are going to interact with women in some capacity. In the US, they are more than half the population. At my job, they are 90% of the workforce. Unfortunately I don't have the flexibility to ensure I work in a woman-free environment.

I've personally experienced maroon quite recently. When telling people I'm not interested in marriage, and I explain why the system itself is flawed, regardless of the temperament of individual women, the response is inevitably "that's such a negative way to view it." Whether it is or is not negative is irrelevant. It is realistic, and I am not obligated to pursue romance or marriage.
/r/MGTOW13/12/17 05:54 PM

Spends whole paragraph arguing that this advancement is bad because it could replace women by replacing their uteruses. Ends with "a woman is more than her uterus." Pick one.

I can't afford to buy an aircraft carrier. Others also can't afford one, but they dedicate their time and energy to try and buy one eventually. I don't do that because I don't want one. Does it make any sense at all for someone to tell me "you're just saying you don't want an aircraft carrier because you can't afford to buy one"? MGTOW can be both men who can attract women, and men who can't. If they choose not to pursue women, it doesn't matter whether they'd be successful if they did.

Regardless, the phrase "how could he do this to me" is toxic and typical. She seems to think he was obligated to exist for her benefit. Apparently it wasn't "his body, his choice."

Particularly since women vote at a significantly higher rate than men. That and men (on average) care more about women's issues than men's. Society isn't gynocentric because the government makes it that way, Government and society are gynocentric because most people are.

I'd argue women still need men to function, they just don't need to be married to one. They still call the police (mostly men) when they want protection of some sort, and college security escorts are used primarily by women. So yes, they do still use men as unpaid bodyguards, they just don't pay them in any form now, whereas they used to at least pay in sex.

This is never going to take off for one simple reason: men do not have an in-group bias, not even mgtow. Women do. Between the female in-group bias and male tendency to simp, gynocentric movements and fads will always take off.

The difference in strength is NOT why women were excluded from standing armies. Women were excluded because they could have children. That's it. That's the only reason. Men didn't get pregnant and so were disposable. Now it's possible (likely even) that the sexual dimorphism developed as a consequence of that exclusion. I'd also argue that not EVERY man could be stronger and better suited to military and police force than EVERY woman. For example, at 5'3", I'm not ever going to be stronger than …

I agree that it's a great Q&A. I don't think I could demonstrate any better how unempathetic and close minded feminists can be. It's not a good Q&A for addressing counter arguments against feminism however. It doesn't pose questions such as "is the draft not an example of systemic oppression against men?" Or "is the spending gap not an indication that women's interests dictate marketing strategies far more than men's interests?"

Frankly I don't really care if the GDP bottoms out. I'm not having kids, so I don't really care about leaving this world better for the children of others. The whole concept of UBI is that EVERYONE gets it. Rich or poor doesn't matter. Get rid of all the programs that require a huge beurocracy to function and replace it with one that is completely automated. There's no room for corruption because it's so simple.
/r/MGTOW10/10/17 08:14 PM

I think the argument they are making is that by it being a felony to knowingly infect someone with HIV, many were avoiding getting tested. If they don't know they are infected themselves, they can't be charged. This would result in more people being UNknowingly infected. By decriminalizing this, there's no longer an incentive to avoid getting tested. Without seeing data behind this, I'm not sure whether this is a valid argument or not.
/r/MGTOW08/10/17 08:01 PM
6

Of course it's all men committing mass murder because they're angry at the world. What do women have to be angry at the world about? Their lives are great. Their every whim is catered to. Some men eventually can't take it and they snap. If they'd discovered MGTOW, they'd realize there's an alterative path when you're angry at the world. Just opt out.

I'm very curious to hear her ex-husbands take on this situation, particularly since her custody case has been reopened. If you're falsely accused of rape, you should get a false accusation attorney. They specialize in how to combat false accusations and know how to counsel you. If you're getting to a jury trial, you're already likely going to prison. You need someone who will stop the proceedings before it even gets to that point.

I'd like to know how you saved 20k in one year working a single $15/hr full time job. At 40hrs per week and 52 weeks, that's $31,200. You have to pay taxes which typically amount to around 25% of gross. That means you're only taking home $23,400. You mean to tell me you lived on only $3,400 a year? How the hell did you manage that?

They're trying desperately to compete with the real anime waifus. The thing is, waifus never hit the wall, so cosplayers can't compete.

Guess what, the stars are aligned in a way they've never aligned in before EVERY SINGLE DAY. That's the nature of an ever expanding universe. Just because this particular arrangement seems to be more notable to you doesn't make it any more remarkable than the arrangement they were in the day before yesterday. You know what's even more remarkable? The order of a well shuffled deck of cards. The odds are such that it is astronomically unlikely that two shuffled decks will ever have the same arrang…

Why do these bimbo's always jump to the extreme situation when making up their lies? You were raped by three men? Ambush rape is incredibly rare. Gangbang ambush rape I'm convinced only happens in porn and prison. And maybe southern Europe in 2016. What a dummy.

Media does not desensitize people towards violence against men. Society has always been desensitized and that's why the media is full of it.

The women she works with are disenfranchised because they don't know how much money "they" have. I can tell them for free: nothing. Nada. Zip. Oh did they mean they didn't know how much money their husbands have? What have they offered to him that they feel entitled to that information? Nothing again? Well maybe they don't deserve to know then.

Why are people constantly conflating tradcons with anti-feminists? Anti-feminism is a rejection of feminism. There are some antis that are also tradcons, but many aren't. Feminism is about female supremacy and advantage. Anti-feminism is about equality. Yes that means equal rights, but it also means equal responsibility. I'll be going my own way until a woman comes along who is willing to take on full equal responsibility. I fully expect I'll be going my own way until I'm dead in other words.

How do you solve the uncertainty principle? A simulation would be completely determined, but that flies in the face of everything we know about physics so far. At the quantum level, the universe is not determined. Also how do you store irrational numbers?

Not sure I agree with this characterization of anti-feminists. I consider myself anti-feminist and I hate chivalry. I just want either true equality or nothing to do with women.

This. Also inflation decreases the cost of debt. I've done the math several times and, while buying a new car with cash after you've saved up is cheaper overall (assuming no catastrophic repairs on the old car you've been driving), it's not enough for me to be willing to take on the added risk of having to pay a lot of money for repairs. I'm also willing to pay a bit more overall to have a nice comfortable car for that period of time. You never know when you'll die, so no point in sacrificing in…

Respectfully, even the messianic law I find harmful, or at least unequal. The only way I'd pursue a relationship with a woman is if it's built on full equality: splitting the check, compromising on which activities we do together, contributing equally to the resources of the home. Requiring men to be the protector/provider requires them to sacrifice for the sake of the family. I simply do not value sacrifice of any kind.

Ok, how do you reconcile MGTOW with the harmful influence that religion's emphasis on traditional values and roles, including male sacrifice, has had on the lives of men?

We men are socialized to be providers and sacrificers, and to some extent are perhaps even biologically wired that way. When we reject that notion, it naturally leaves us feeling listless and without purpose. Just start looking into what brings you joy. You like video games? Go to work to earn money to be able to pay for more games. Start saving up to buy a nice cozy home that you won't ever have to share with anyone. Save up for a nice car. When you only have one car payment, you can afford a n…

Not only that, but the whole "every man woman and child must fight against the army of dead" men are not the exclusively disposable sex now. I'm also waiting for the reveal that cersei isn't actually pregnant and has only been pretending to manipulate the men around her. That's an accurate red pill portrayal of a woman if I've ever seen one.
