Literally all of life works that way. Somebody could make the decision to rob or kill me and I couldn't do anything about that either. Sure, my wife could cheat on me...but I trust her and the rewards I recieve both in love and experiences far outweigh the "what if" hypotheticals. Frankly, we enjoy each other too much. My ex-wife is one of the most vindictive people I've met and even she didn't clean me out in the divorce.

Believe it or not I've been through a divorce and it all went really well. 50/50 custody, no child support or alimony, she kept the furniture and I kept the outdoors stuff. Money went down the middle. Hardly rape.

I chose my life. I wanted to be a husband and a father. It's personally fulfilling to be lucky enough to be able to be both of those things. Sure, my wife and I have "limitations"...who cares? We're respectful of each other. This sub is poison. Try to find the bright spots in life and ditch this mindset.

My kid is awake and my wife is home. I'll respond when my familial responsibilities have concluded for the night. A cuck I am not, if you saw my post you'll notice I played college ball...i think you and your ilk would call me a "Chad"...nope, I just have an awesome wife and family. Have fun jerking it in front of your keyboard tonight.

What you call nonsense I call my sincere enjoyment. I spend most of my disposable income on my children's enjoyment. Does that make me a sucker? Maybe, but it makes my heart sing. I love the little ones giving me kisses and hugs and telling me about their days. I still get to hunt and work on stuff that is personal to me outside of my marriage. Your response proves to me that I AM happier than you. I hope you get to where I'm at.

I wasn't born under a rock. I've browsed Reddit for more than a minute. I've seen the same viral shit you have. Truth be told I know more deadbeat Dads than deadbeat Moms... Wanna start a Men against Men sub?

Dude, that's a personal problem with THAT woman. I've had a woman try to tell me she was preggo with my kid...she was nuts. Relationships are a case-by-case basis. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.

There are shit people across genders. My kids look almost exactly like me and my family, no worries for me fortunately. And yes, I'm very aware that cheaters exist.

All I'm going to say is what our plan is tonight. She's at work for the next few hours. She bought stuff to make dinner and I'm going to help when she comes home. Our kids are playing (nicely for now). She's going to get home and we're going to make a meal and enjoy some family time. Put the kids to bed and have some "adult time" polished off by listening to a record or two with whiskey (for me) and moscato (for her). And then I'm off to bed when I'll wake up at 5 (her making breakfast for me an…

So you found a shitty person to be in a relationship with...that happens to men and women alike. In my case, I know that both their claims were truthful (with evidence).

It certainly does. What is comes down to is interest. When you meet somebody you need some commonality or something to at least talk about. If you have nothing put a come on line then you're fucked. If you can sit and have a conversation you might be alright. Being nice in and of itself isn't a relationship dynamic until you've already determined that you want to be with a person who likes x or does y or works in n industry. The "nice" is understanding the process and being patient.

My own mother was an incredibly flawed woman, but loving to her family nonetheless. She passed a few years ago but I still miss her dearly.

Internet points don't bother me. I'm happily married and have some awesome kids. Enjoy hitting that downvote button while I wait for my son to wake up. Him and I are going to crawl around on the floor and get into some trouble before Mom gets home from work....seriously guys, find a new perspective...this isn't healthy.

Or you can be nice and find somebody nice. That's literally the point of my argument. Which is simple but effective. Who gives a shit about IQ? My wife likes that I help out around the house and enjoys the nights where we can have fires and listen to some new vinyl.

Been in 3 "serious" relationships and plenty of short ones. I have a pretty good idea of how it all works. My ex wife and my current wife were both raped at some point in their lives. I'm glad they didn't think that all men were like that. And no...she's an ex for mutual reasons.

Is is anecdotal that I've literally never has a scenario that matched your interpretation of an entire gender? Which opinion becomes anecdotal then?

I mean, I'm a relatively successful man (well paying job, wife and kids, own land/property, etc.). Most of my friends are in my same situation. My wife and I are both college educated. Low IQ how?

My wife works her ass off for our kids. She didn't trick or deceive me. And if you called our kid's a "utility" in front of her she'd beat your ass and I'd allow it. You people are beyond fucking delusional. A woman wronged you once so you condemn the entire gender? Get over it like a mature adult.

Sure, been with my wife for awhile now. No cheating, lots of mutual respect and good times. We rarely argue but it generally fizzles out pretty fast. I genuinely love my marriage and my family. Wouldn't change a thing except for maybe getting out to hunt or golf more but that's on me.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
