Well the kids are grown and all those troubles are long gone. I was on the hook for 400k over the first five years. I think I paid around 150k total. The Wipeout was major, and lasting. These days, I'm disabled, and I live in a little RV. If I ever get well again, I'll have the option of working and a 'normal life'. I'll be 49 this summer. Going my own way.

I went to jail in CO for not paying alimony. $6500/mo, set right before Real Estate went bad. I paid it the first year, but market went to hell. Whilst in jail, I lost everything. Car, job, home, everything. Thanks female family Court judge. My kids were greatly harmed. Nice going
