You can just do cardio, if you like it. But gym is good, just make it a habit (dont overwork it, just do it regularly and choose proper weights) and it will work

I m 193cm and i do understand you. Rarely I find and meet higher people and my monke brain finds it somehow demoralising. If i was 163 i will be unhappy all the time about that.
