My therapist was an older gay male and I can't remember any sort of agenda or biased being pushed on me. Therapy serves as a gateway to understanding psychology, particularly your own. 1	mental health programs are bullshit if your a male (your thoughts)? I couldn't agree more. I started taking celexa for anxiety a few years ago, it works but only cures the symptoms not the cause. Tried therapy, but that just helps you anticipate the symptoms and deal with it. Two months reading this forum did more good than either. 1	Losing weight "cold turkey" style Edit: Rewriting this. IF has some benefits as you burn fat more efficiently during an extended fast. IF is primarily used with low carb diets, which limit hunger. Without insulin highs and lows hunger diminishes and you can eat whenever it suits you. I do 20/4 which is 20hrs fasting 4 hrs eating. 2	Got a surprise in the mail today. For the middle class, I'd say security. If my car died, I could walk into most dealerships and get a new one under 50k with little effort. Someone in that situation with bad credit would likely buy some pos that requires a ton of maintenance and could also die isn't the best investment.
