I have been doing mindfulness activities since some time, which is somewhat opposite of what you tell here, but this sounds so soothing. After a session of mindfulness you're generally tired but ig here it'll be so different. Thanks for this (here's an award for you for giving me the best thing of the day), I'll surely give it a try.

You're taking a different perspective on definitions, my friend, you've been reading the entire life but did you really learn the intricacies of dailogues, you've been talking to your friends the entire life but did you validate yourself? Practising is validating yourself too, a little smirk won't do much, but then a thousand 1's make 1000, and that can make a huge difference imo. And there's no sudden response, things take time.

What would you tell a lean guy who steps into dating? Bulk up, right? That's what you can do too. Practise some of the lines, watch similar tv shows, you can read books too. It's generally because one is not really able to get that much comfortable with the person of opposite sex, with just only friendship. A long term friendship involves a lot of things.
