How can you go on a trip if you don’t have the money to join the gym ?

I had a "friend" who was a part of my main circle. When he got a girlfriend, he also did not introduce her to us. We knew who his girlfriend was, as we shared classes with her. But the guy was so scared/insecure that one of us would swoop in and steel his girl that he took special effort to keep her away from us. In this misguided attempt, he just came of as a misguided idiot. None of us had any desire to fuck his girl, but in trying to hide your girlfriend from your bros who you spend practical…

This comment is so true. The form of Love expressed by men or women is not absolute. There is a gradient.

I agree that being an entrepreneur is not for most people. It requires a very different type of person to succeed in starting up a business, and most people simply do not possess the nature/skill set to make their startup profitable. Everybody is a wantapreneur , but people need to de-romanticize entrepreneurship and objectively analyze whether they can actually pull off running a business. That said, it is unfair to compare the average salary man to someone like Sundar Pichai. It's tough enough…

I don't know how exactly this is spam. The Millionaire Fast Lane is one of the best books to read for a beginner entrepreneur, and has been recommended here on TRP by many. TRP advocates self improvement, and being financially free and your own boss is one of the greatest forms of self improvement you can do. I haven't yet read Unscripted , but it is on my reading list. Judging by DeMarco's first book, I believe Unscripted would be a goldmine when it comes to financial freedom , and quitting the…

Thanks for the kind words and advice. Your sleep point is spot on. When you go to sleep timely, you have less time to ruminate. But then again, going to sleep early makes me feel unproductive and lazy, which leads to other negative emotions. This is the first time I've heard of the ACE test. I will definitely look into it.

Was reading through this post, and was thinking "this is some well written shit" and then I noticed it was by /u/wouju . Good stuff man. I find your posts to be very helpful. Specifically, your post on depression was, for me, the single best thing I've read on depression. I was in a dark place when I read that, and it was really helpful. Keep up the excellent posts.

Have recently read this. Will agree it is amazing and puts a lot of things into perspective.

hating on gandhi has become the popular unpopular opinion. People think it is cool to hate on someone who is more-or-less universally praised. All I know is, I don't talk shit about people who have achieved more in life than me. To quote Charlie Munger, “You’re not entitled to take a view, unless and until you can argue better against that view than the smartest guy who holds that opposite view. If you can argue better than the smartest person who holds the opposite view, that is when you are en…

Bitch you have no moral code. All you have is deep seated issues. Can't you see everybody tell you that you are wrong , and a piece-of-shit of a a friend? Take a good look at yourself. Have some character.

what everyone said. If all else fails, try melatonin. (Plus if you are lifting, you might be overtraining, has happened to me)

I'm not gonna comment on whether you should or should not masturbate, but in any case 2/3 times a day is excessive. Jerking-off that much signifies you got a lot of idle time on your hands which would be better spent else where. Read a book or hit the gym harder if you got nothing else to do. Also, jerking off that much will surely bring down your sex-drive and your desire to actually go out and meet women. You are getting too much artificial stimulation.

Sixpackshort cuts is a garbage routine , in which the ex-owner Mike Chang advocates a bunch of body weight exercises to get a good physique. People think what Mike has to say is truth , as he himself has a "decent" physique, but anyone who has spent more than a year in the gym know that his own physique was NOT built by the exercises he advocates . You can not put on that much mass doing what he says. There is a disparity between what he preaches and what he does. But due to his very in-your-fac…

It's good that you are trying your best. But ditch 6packshortcuts. It's a super shit program and won't get you the results you desire.

Dw. You will get there. Cutting sucks at first, but when you start seeing abs and vascularity where it wasn't present before, it all becomes worth it. Facial aesthetics also greatly improve at lower body fat.

With those stats, you got a skinny-fat situation going on. I would recommend you going on a cut, until you are in the 10-12% body fat range. Yeah, you will probably look skinny once you get there, but its only a temporary phase. At a lower body fat, you will be at a better base for a slow lean bulk. You will have better nutrient partitioning, more confidence, a healthier blood profile, amongst other things. Also, you will more visibly be able to see any gains you are making. At your current body…

I definitely wouldn't recommend Strong Lifts if your goal is aesthetics. If you can't bench your body weight, and squat/deadlift 1.5 times your bodyweight, I would recommend you start with All Pros Beginners Bodybuilding routine. If you have hit the above mentioned lifts, then you can go for something like the PHUL (Power Hypertrophy Upper Lower) program. Personally, I got great results from bulking on a Push Pull Legs routine twice a week, but the volume in that is too much for cutting. As I am…

SEO could be done for both the TRP subreddit as well as a website which acts as a squeeze to the sub. If enough SEO is done, you could make Google associate keywords like "marriage" and divorce" with TRP as a result of semantic search results. But that would require hella large amount of work. And even if you got the bots to believe that people searching for said keywords may also be interested in TRP, all the SEO would be undone if Google were to do a manual review. The Blue Pills over at Googl…
