Malicious false accusations of any crime should automatically come with double the sentence of whatever the maximum is for the crime the victim is falsely accused of. Up to and including death.
I don't agree with an automatic death penalty for false accusations. I do like the idea that malicious false accusations should come with a minimum of double whatever the maximum sentence is for the crime the perpetrator is accusing the victim of.
