This doesn't apply to me because I dont believe in sleeping with random people but my guess would be they value the man that they make wait. If they sleep with you and then leave you are nothing to them if they take the time to get to know you and form a real connection they value you

My mother is the one who encouraged traditional roles for me and my sisters I dont think traditional roles are negative or negatively impact me in any way My father lead by example the type of man my brothers should be and my mother did the same for us girls.

One of the most important things to keep in mind when trying to bring a sense of home into any house is that you, the Homemaker are the most important tool you have to creating a feeling of welcoming and peace in your home. Well yes it's important to have a well-cooked meal and clean home when you are partner gets home from work it's also important that you do your best to be presentable and in a cheerful welcoming mood. Any guests should receive the same treatment and you should go above and be…

We have savings, we are free to make money should we need to as well as go back to the work force should we need to I can't think of a single way we "lack control of our lives "

Studies have been done on the subject for years and they prove that children are better off being raised by their parent rather than a daycare Your opinion isnt really relevant

Housewives do not lack control over their own lives that's simply false.

So I'm a tradwife and what I've seen with discussions among other traditional women is US discussing how miserable we were in any type of career and how the women in Our Lives who Focus solely on Career are all miserable I'm not saying that there aren't people out there claiming all career women are miserable but that is a tiny minority. It's also important to notice that other discussions about whether or not career women are miserable as you put it include discussions about their families now …

Why is it the only time you hear feminists saying that they support the choice to be a sahm or homemaker is when someone is talking about how feminists treat them or their spouse negatively for making that choice?
/r/MensRights21/01/21 07:56 AM

I'm also from an area where people marry young and women become sahms most of us aren't actually miserable we are open about struggles but not actually "miserable "

Women can have opinions and beliefs that doesn't mean they are looking for validation and feminism is not pro women its pro women who hold to very strict roles and beliefs try being a traditional woman around a bunch of feminists

The term is supposed to mean a woman who degrades other women for male approval however it isn't used that way It's used to describe a woman who isnt a feminist or who holds an opinion that differs from the feminist opinion Feminists tend to believe that if a woman disagrees with them or makes decisions they wouldn't make themselves that it's either for male approval or its because of ",brainwashing " by men which of course is b.s

I am a tradwife I agree pretty much exactly with the passages you have quoted here It makes natural sense for women to care for the home and children, and men to provide these roles developed as our society developed but they are the based on basic human nature

Marriage is about more than the legal benefits for many there is a spiritual or religious element to marriage (making your relationship official in the eyes of you god or receiving a blessing on your relationship) It is also a higher level of commitment, not wanting to be with someone who is not as committed to you as you as re them doesnt mean you never cared for them ot means your values are probably not compatible for long term relationships

I would recommend at least a year, but 6mo you could possibly put together a decent wedding depending on what you are wanting

I see both sides of this argument honestly if somebody gives you a gift it's considered rude to instantly turn around and sell it even if that is to buy the person a gift in return It doesn't mean that they see men as money or that they only care about the money

I'm late to this conversation so I apologize for that. I don't see anyone actually being against daycares or formula I see a lot of people ,mothers especially, who don't want that for their children. There is alot of hate coming from certain groups feminism that preach against anything that could possibly be considered traditional, these people veiw a woman being against daycare or formula for her children as the same as being against these this existing which simply isn't the case. If the women…

I hate when feminists post shit pretending to be in support of homemakers they treat us like shit Feminists and actual misogynists treat homemaking women roughly the same which is really telling Also op homemaking is work and it benefits both partners in the relationship

Sorry I'm commenting on this so late I believe its morally wrong but should be legal I just don't respect women who have elective abortions Husbands and wives serve each other Well I'm bi so obviously I don't think its wrong I'm against pushing sexuality and promiscuity onto young girls (and boys) the way our current culture does, that is not the same thing as believing women should remain chaste until marriage There's nothing morally wrong about being a single parent I've never met anybody who …

I am not a feminist, there are alot of reasons but the big ones are 1.The way women who disagree with them are treated especially traditional women 2 the way they treat men The fact that whenever people bring up the first 2 issues feminists come out of the wood work to try and deflect instead of just dealing with the problem 4 I don't agree with any movement that forces support by claiming that if you don't follow their radical ideals you are a bigot or against equality Those are only a few very…

I'm a homemaker and I have to deal with feminists saying this shit and worse constantly, its not just online either then they try to claim that "feminism is about choice " and it is as long as it's their approved choices

I come from a very small rural community in the midwest, its pretty traditional alot of small farms and such. Its a mostly Christian pretty conservative area most people are blue collar( & lower middle class) Traditional gender roles are common mostly out of necessity

Well personally I am fairly traditional myself, more so than my husband actually (even though he would be considered trad to most people) so yes I would and did marry a "trad" man I wouldn't have considered marrying him if he wasn't traditional

This is so wrong, trad women aren't trying to be objects and we don't want to be treated as objects we look for men who share our values and beliefs and who make us happy

There are other qualities than attractiveness that makes a good partner and different people have different ideas on what is attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/20 05:05 AM

I don't really believe that there is a wall people can be attracted to the people of all ages regardless of gender and some people can look amazing in 30 but like s*** at 20 so I don't really think it's a wall they hit, I do think if you're wanting a large family or you're really interested in having biological children being with somebody who is younger and most likely will be able to give you as many kids as you want makes sense but it really has nothing to do with attraction based on that

I don't feel betrayed by modern feminism or sexual Revolution I just don't feel like it was meant to include me oh, many of their stances are things I can't morally get behind and there is a issue from people who are involved heavily and both sexual Revolution and feminism to attack women who hold differing views than them especially those of us who hold more traditional views personally I would love to have a large family I married young and I'm a housewife there is nothing in 2nd or 3rd wave f…

I personally think promiscuity is generally a negitive thing, i feel like it makes it harder for people to value sex and their partners as well as causing a strain on relationships. I do not think it is gender specific

I think this is a matter of your personal opinion on attractiveness versus the people in the relationship , you may not find a certain person's features to be attractive but their significant other could

I figured it would be obvious. I choose family over career so i cant speak to exactly how career women handle their schedules but i can tell you that the women who prioritize career over their kids that ive met have very clearly neglected one aspect of their lives

Autism shows different symptoms between boys and girls meaning autistic girls tend to act differently than autistic boys and most of the telltale signs are based on boys who have been diagnosed part of it might also be how Society views certain behavior in girls and boys but I think it's has more to do with the way autistic girls present as opposed to the way autistic boys do

I want to get married To me marriage is a commitment to continue the relationship and build a life together even when things get hard its about being partners

This seems like a cultural thing where I'm from it's the norm to be married and have a few kids by 25 most women have already settled down and have settled into the whole making stay-at-home mother role age-gap relationships with smaller age gaps are not that unusual large age gaps like in my relationship are still considered weird but most people wouldn't think anything of getting married under 25

My father is an amazing man he is a great father and he has no problem with my husband who is much older than me he has no issue with the fact that I settled down "young" or that I love being a homemaker we are from a culture that still celebrates homemaking and women who choose that lifestyle a lot of the issue with men being against their daughters being homemakers is because they come from cultures that view it as lesser than
