I actually have a Bachelors of Arts with a Major in Psychology lmfao. So, what a lot of RedPill teaches over here has been written in books, just in a different context and worded completely different. I def. know more than you.

I don't count seconds like what /u/Ashwang suggested, because eye contact should become a thing of habit. Here, this is what I want you to do because this is how I overcame my anxiety with eye contact: 1.PRACTICE! Practice on strangers and make sure they're people you're not as attracted to. This makes it easier, no sexual tension. I did this with people that work the registers at McDonalds, not to be offensive, but I rarely find a cute chick behind a counter at McDonalds. It'll get easier as yo…

Sounds like you're from a bustling city such as New York. In that case, yes you are right, moving out of the way would be much more efficient. Otherwise, if you aren't in a hurry to get to a meeting/work/date., you should just stand still when you are about to collide within 2-3 seconds. By the time they get too close, they should look up from their phone and realize that they are being unaware of their surroundings, which is very dangerous. Some people need to learn to look up from their phone …

Good advice. Everyone should know that body language could translate to a literal action of "holding frame". A few examples: 1.) Stand up straight with your chest out; don't slouch. Your voice will be deeper, which registers as more testosterone in the female mind. 2.) When walking into people, avoid changing your path, stand your ground and make the person who didn't pay attention to change their path. I love doing this. No more shuffling between me and another person about who makes way for wh…

I can definitely relate to the feeling you're referring to. I haven't felt that liberated since I decided to go MGTOW for a couple months.

As long as you're not on there reading Elite Daily and Buzzfeed articles. I swear, I began to articulate myself a lot better after I decided to avoid those two like the plague. Leaving Facebook was like killing 3 birds with one stone.

Only ask questions that will lead to something. "What are you doing tonight?" Even better are questions/statements that make her doubt her validation in your eyes. "Wow, I thought you were down?" "Dang, I thought you were cool, guess not.", etc. Usually they change their mind right after. It's kinda scary how easily you can control the hamster once you understand it.

An important pill that all RP men should swallow is: Don't initiate with friend questions/statements. They will lead you to the friend zone I.G.: "How was your day?", "How have you been?", "It's been so long since I've last seen you!", "It was so good seeing you last night!" This is how the Beta me used to initiate conversations with girls I was interested in. My past-beta-self thought, "Hey, I'm being nice and considerate, they should understand I'm interested." Oh God, how wrong I was. This al…

Great FR, very concise. Sometimes the long detailed ones seem fabricated; this one was just right. Carry on my fellow confident fishermen! Can you tell I liked that analogy?

Your entire post sounds so Beta. You're seeking validation and emotional support. THIS IS WHAT WOMEN DO. What the hell is wrong with you man, I thought you swallowed TRP?? It's infuriating hearing how you're letting yourself be used in this sense. STOP IT.

Lol exactly. Listen man, don't try to understand women. Just know what they are prone to do. Women understand women and they hate each other.

Whenever a girl says she's been hurt in the past and wants to take it slow, ya'll need to remember: Here's how that woman-logic sounds to a real guy: "Other men worse than you have gotten farther with me, in less time, with less of an emotional and financial investment. But because I care more about you, I am making you jump through hoops and making you spend a greater amount of time and resources to get less far with me. Because I care more about you. What? Why are you looking at me like that? …

"She gets over you quick because you are disposable, and she has to be ready to say goodbye in case you are disposed of." Back in the day, it could have been because of war or hunting accidents, or what have you. But now we're here. Since men are disposable, women are the ones that have to put up with the consequences of our disposal, so the quick moving on is a defense mechanism. Since women are not disposable, we never had to acquire this ability. -The Red Pill Handbook Why Girls Get Over Guys…

You need to stop that type of thinking. Don't doubt yourself. I know it sounds cliché, but you are what you imagine yourself to be. Don't you ever fucking say "I don't deserve an attractive girl" to yourself again. It all begins with mindset. YOU are the catch. Women should work for YOU. And if they don't, it doesn't fucking matter. Beta mentality = doubt, putting attractive girls on the pedestal, unable to realize that they, themselves, are the catch, etc. Develop better self-esteem. I'm Asian …

After swallowing the red pill, I've stopped keeping in touch with girls that I've put myself in the friend-zone with. Notice how I didn't say THEY put me in the friend-zone. My previous blue-pill, beta bitch days, caused myself to be put in the friend-zone. I really see no value being with them. I used to think 'Hm maybe if I hang around them, I can understand them and use this knowledge for my own benefit.' Nothing has benefited me more than swallowing the red pill. 2 days of reading The Red Pi…

"Bad" values themselves, and all they have, as well as the right of others to consider themselves valuable. I like this. I also think it's because being "bad" gives one an adrenaline rush. The fact of knowing "I shouldn't be doing this" provides one with a rush that doing "good" rarely does. The other weeknd, I sent a picture of a girl's naked ass in my bed to a number of my friends with the caption "First ONS!" I knew it was fucked up, I knew I was being a bad person, but it gave me a rush and …

But because I care more about you, I am making you jump through hoops and making you spend a greater amount of time and resources to get less far with me. Because I care more about you. What? He has, but if you watched his reality show, he don't give a fuck about her. He does whatever the fuck he wants with whoever the fuck he wants. He only keeps her around because he understands that she is the mother of his children. Alpha level over 9000

You need to remember: You can't control what people do, but you can control how you react. If people are being annoying, then so be it. I accept, keep frame, and let them be the annoying fuck they are. People are basically gonna shit-test you (so to speak; either subconsciously or consciously) with their shitty personalities. You can't control them, but you CAN control your reactions. Don't worry, developing alpha tendencies takes time. No one is a perfect alpha and no one is a complete beta. I …

As a MGTOW (Man Going Their Own Way), YES you don't complain about being single. You go your own way, do your own thing, and control your own actions. It's fucking amazing how liberating it feels when you adopt this lifestyle.
