Yeah, my STBX wanted me to leave the house. Why would I leave a house that I'm paying the mortgage on? I'll try to buy her out. If the market gets better I might even sell to move into another house.

One thing about women, the man is the last to know that the relationship/marriage is over. Get you a lawyer ASAP and read up on the divorce laws in your state! you the best. Keep your head up. It may seem bad now but you will get thru this!

Wait, what? I got my STBX on camera, audio and texts threatening me that she will take my child away from and there is nothing I can do about it. In fact, she will tell my child what a horrible person I am.

I've called my STBX one 5 times in the past 13 years. I can't remember the 1st two time but its something she said or did. The other 3 and 4, she wouldn't allow me to hold my daughter while threatening me that I will never see her again. Thanks all for the advice. So We have the Best Hub Max. I have many recordings of her. Someone told her to unplug to remove the history and to stop it from recording. Luckily, I've saved clips of her in action. Plus phone footage of her being abusive with my daughter in her arms. I'm scouting lawyers in Delaware now.

I broke down and took her because she was having a mental episode. She has the marriage certificate and won't give it to me to file because she says she is filing. I do have texts about me addressing the drinking. I can pull a transaction history in quicken to show how often I go to the liquor store. I rarely drink. Any bottle I bring home, she kills it.

Thanks for the advice. I'm not going after her for the abuse. I know she will try to say I'm abusive. I'll be defending myself against wild accusations. I also don't have a legal record like the law of her habits. Just texts where she admits she drinks too much. Plus her mental health issues are documented. She has never seen a therapist on a consistent basis. Just a lot to unpack. Yet she walking around like she is the victim.

I just want mines to be over. She has the marriage certificate and says she will file soon. Please do! It's sad because we have a 2.5 yr old but I'm so sick of this jealous and irrational woman who feels the need to say hurtful stuff when angry. Only worked 4 yrs of a 13 yr marriage and has not contributed to anything but talking about mines, mines mines.
