Volunteer. I'm serious. Look at it as a challenge. Embrace it. Life isn't supposed to be always happy, or otherwise you would become immune to the feeling of actually being happy. When you find your place in college and begin to feel excited, you will greatly appreciate it. Even in comparison to high school.
