Forced surgery violates bodily autonomy. Someone else looking at you doesn't affect your body in any way -- you're still free to do with your body as you want. It absolutely is a violation of modesty norms, but that doesn't have quite the same punch.

Definitely confusing grammar, but I read it as only the prison sentence was suspended. Court records show Guido was sentenced Wednesday in Wright County District Court to a suspended prison sentence, probation, and a requirement that she register as a sex offender. This is the natural reading, as suspended prison sentences come back upon violation of probation. Suspended probation doesn't make sense, and thus suspended is unlikely to apply to registration as well.

I'm afraid you are thoroughly incorrect in that characterization. Yes, many states have age-gap laws. If you read through that link you gave, many make exceptions to the normal age-of-consent laws, but these only make more cases legal. They usually stop adding exceptions after one partner is above 18, but many have other criteria. Many also criminalize sex between under-18 and people-in-position-of-authority. This is not an "age-gap" clause though, and is an entirely reasonable law.
