A young boy can be absolutely brutalized by a woman who achieves sexual release without any penetration. He can be restrained, have his breathing restricted, go into shock, lose conciousness, and suffer genital mutilation. Then he has to live with the permanent emotional and psychological disorder from the experience and the god-awful things she whispers into his brain during. Most people won't believe him... the rest won't care.
