I honestly would not consult that sub for advice. It's a bizarre echo chamber with cult-like behavior. Mostly extremely cringey posts and if you question NoFap in a light that isn't positive (such as asking about how not ejaculating negatively affects your prostate) your post will be removed.

What about the single women in their 20's that literally spent almost every moment on their smartphones and social media, constantly taking selfies and updating their status every chance they get for validation and can't even carry on a conversation anymore?
