Thanks man. I feel like I’m out between a rock and a hard place. I get there’s nothing verbally I can communicate to her about this. But is there any subtle way? Because as another commenter put above there's a philosophical part to it. Of course my only other option is to jerk off. So yes in that sense it does make sense to go out and practice game/pickup. But at what point is the ROI so little, and the amount of effort so high, that it doesn't make sense to go out to bars and clubs and run game? More so what I'm asking is what is the best market to run game on in 2017; nightgame, daygame, or online game? And which of these is over saturated or quickly …

I know its usually more guys than girls but I would bet when I went out it was AT LEAST a 3:1 ratio if not close to 4:1. I'm trying to view it more from an investors perspective of what is now the biggest market? What has the most opportunity nowadays. Night game, daygame, online, etc...

Thanks man! That's exactly how it's been! Almost no conflict at all. We haven't really had any arguments. I might try the first option there. I think she'd respond better to it.

I'm not really upset with the whole texting situation. While it may sound needy I really don't care that much. I really don't know exactly how much shes been texting me I'm just trying to point out that the frequency has drastically dropped. But yeah I'm gonna ghost her and see how she responds.

5x5 is good just keep consistency and volume up. That means go to the gym at least 3 times a week if you are seriously trying to gain muscle. When you do these routines make sure you go to failure on each set. I recommend only consuming carbs before and/or after you hit the gym and cutting them for the rest of the day. And eliminate porn. Jerk off without it.
