The caramelising of the onions creates natural MSG which is a flavour that is recognised by our taste buds as umami. Very yummy. Smells great. 3	I’m a red pill gf who doesn’t know how to cook Frying and BBQin steak is simple and quick. A small, cheap gas powered BBq is what makes life enjoyable. Then baking/BBQ’n Chicken is also very, very simple. Vegetable skewers make a great side dish for the meats, and get that smoky smell/taste. Ovens are the best.
