I would get her name off that lease ASAP, since like other people said, changing the locks before that is considered locking them out of their home which the court won’t be happy about. Shit change them back if you can or even give her a copy of the new key you have and then just change em again later so that you can avoid such a possibly bad situation

As a man, I can confirm this when it comes to sexual harassment from BOTH genders.
