They are, or should be within rights IMO...but he is not wrong in his comparison. Abortion is not on par with vasectomy...but tube tying is. She tried saying they are...and that she is right because she has had some other right ripped away (which is imo unjust)...but it ain't an on par comparison. His is.

This is reality with most young guys. Most or many mature, get a little wiser, and that blew starkly changes. The difference is exactly as you say "men." Adults vs boys. This is why statutory rape exists...some child may consent, but they simply don't have the capacity to evaluate that properly

Administrative leave? I'm sorry, but it seems like if it was a guy, they would be canned on the spot, proven guilty or not. Don't get me wrong...leave should be the action taken until guilt is proven or not....it should simply be the case for all.
