Feminism is a movement focused on overcoming oppression that females face specifically and egalitarianism is a general philosophy. Of course we should all be against sexism racism etc but the way that women experience oppression is different than the way a black person experiences racism. They are both problems but have different underlying reasons and require different solutions.
