Who cares what they’re doing. Focus on yourself. Diet diet diet. Lean meats, vegetables, some fruit if you have a sweet tooth. No added sugar whether it’s boxed foods or fruit juices. Find a consistent workout plan and that YOU can stick to 3-4 days per week. If someone is oddly skinny as in they have pointy bones popping out, chances are they are malnourished.
