I bet she got pulled over around Pyrite/Pedley/Valley exits. I got my only ticket ever when I attended to UC Riverside from that area and there were always people pulled over around those exits.

Your own lack of commitment in the moment was probably sensed by her, causing her to hesitate. Everything went fine, but that moment of hesitation on your part was definitely projected onto her and felt by both parties. It will be fine next time.

The post that you're referring to is really depressing to read. The guy seems like he's so jaded by women that he looks at the world is an extremely skewed way. Nothing should be so cut and dry to say that you can't befriend women. The issue of being friendzoned isn't equivocal to having lady friends, and the guy really seems like he doesn't understand that you can have good women friends that you don't have a sexual attraction to. I feel that with the right girl friends, you show much higher va…

Totally agree with this comment. Sure, its great to be drunk and chopping it up, but don't rely on alcohol to boost your confidence. I had a problem with feeling that I needed alcohol to loosen up, but it led me have very low self-confidence, seeing that I needed a crutch to be fun at bars and clubs. Fast forward a few years, and sure I LOVE to drink, but I know its not a necessity, and when I don't drink, my game is fine. Its good that you are getting into pick-up and opening yourself to people…

When going to a club, try expanding your horizons a lot more. I was talking to a few of my buddies about this topic today actually. To me, clubbing is a lot more fun when I'm chatting up and meeting different people. It seems that you were pretty fixated on this one girl, when you had a whole jam-packed club full of potential girls right there for you to meet! Hell, even if you are conversating, cut-off conversation before it leads to a stalemate, eject, walk around, talk to people and open sets…

The girls are there to dance with you, they just don't know it yet. The only way they'll know is if you dance with them. It's generally not the girl's roll to actively search out a dance partner, so its up to you! Go up to a girl, say hi, and start dancing like you love to. Just remember even the douchiest, man-whore-iest, creeper-iest guys can find girls that are willing to dance with them, and you're way better than those dudes.

I feel that you are looking at your development as a PUA as a means to a tangible goal rather than for your own self improvement. There's no reason to hide being more confident in yourself and being more sociable. I understand that you might think that your friends will judge you for changing into some girl-chasing monstrosity, but you need to be honest with yourself and see that developing your game is also developing your confidence in aspects all around your daily life, not simply picking up.…

If one were to really consider the social skills of the average person, one would realize that even getting a slight primer on the woman's pysche gives you a leg up on many many men. Girls may instinctually talk more than men, but that does not mean that their conversational skills are necessarily better. Hot girls are not naturally better in conversation, nor do they have more reason to uphold others to a higher standard. The reason that they may do so is because the ones that talk to them usua…

The best thing I did was bring one of my shyer friends along with me to clubs and bars, and tried to teach him as much as I knew. I learned a lot from trying to be a teacher, however bad of one I was.

By no means am I an expert, but what I've found to be the problem with most people is that they consider the possibilities until its too late. I found that saying something as simple as "Hey" is fine for opening conversation. I opened up 4 sets yesterday just by saying "Hey how's it going?" yesterday, and the conversations went on fine from there. If the conversation gets weird, just say hey nice meeting you, and bail. Brush the dirt off your shoulder and move on.

I think you're looking for a reason not to understand the author's viewpoint.
