Not really. The players easily anticipate where the ball will bounce. The primary use of spin is topspin. The more topspin on the ball, the harder/faster you can hit it, because topspin makes the ball drop faster than it otherwise would. If you hit a flat ball, you have to take some power off, AND hit really close to the net. But with heavy topspin, you can easily clear the net, at full power, and the ball curls down sharply in the opponent's court.

However, if you are 21+ it is 18. FYI, the age of consent where you live is 18, not 16. What you have is know as a "Romeo and Juliet" clause, which allows exceptions to the age of consent when both parties are young and of similar ages. It really depends on how good you are in a group situation with strangers. If you think you can be entertaining and make them all laugh, getting comfortable with you, then go for it. It's hard to choose a candidate if all you have are "secret agendas". Trump is promising things that most experts say can't be done or are states' issues. So how do you judge him? That's not suppression. Suppression is when, for example, the defense wants to introduce evidence and the judge does not allow it. That's not what happened here at all, as far as we know. The judge simply decided that the defendant was not credible. That's not something that can be appealed.

Good idea? Totally depends on the people and how honest they're being. If either is being desperate and lonely, then it will get ugly. But if they're both just single and remembering that the sex was great... then why not? But I'm not clear that's what she's looking for here.
