Prior to the gyms closing due to Corona, I went to the gym 6 times a week, 2 hours a time. And I am nowhere near as ripped as Batman. I do have muscles, but to get where those actors are, you have to go twice a day, eat thousands of calories a day and dehydrate yourself to the point where you almost die of dehydration.
