In a marriage, cheating used to be punished. It was of course seen as a backwards thing to hold adults accountable to contracts and swiftly abolished. Your argument can be best described as a slippery slope. Nope. gender affirmation procedures for minors is banned and rightfully so. Just like all minors can't drive, drink alcohol, own a house, take out a personal loan, vote etc. So the law isn't targeting queer people, its wholly inclusive.
