I’ve found the opposite, everyone tries to figure out how much im making and I lie and pretend I’m less well off than I really am

True, but the scarcity of women and surplus of men isn’t artificial. That’s one of the true black pills. Look into demographics. With immigration the US and most western countries have way more young men than young women.

Dune by Frank Hebert is the best piece of fiction I've read in a very long time. Would highly recommend. If you are interested at all in spirituality/meditation I also highly recommend The Secret of the Golden Flower and the Tao Te Ching. As for "study better, work better, live better" - Deep Work by Cal Newport and The One Thing by Gary Keller are all you need. Happy reading bro :)

I've been training 3-4 years naturally, got up to 5'10 250lbs eating whatever I wanted (aside from enough protein) but was pretty damn fat.... doing my first "real" cut now and got down to 230 easy. I'm gonna keep going to 225, maintain there a while, and go to 210 or 200 (wherever I have some abs), then bulk up more properly/conservatively and get gigantic af. Pretty excited. No "chemical assistance" yet but I've thought about it, maybe someday

My perspective: blackpillers and MGTOW both agree that “it’s over.” (It=the dating scene) Mgtow chooses to focus on the positive consequences of that while a lot of blackpillers wallow in the negatives. Both good perspectives. As they say, life can either be a comedy or a tragedy. I choose to laugh

The secret of many things lies in their name / wording. I think jobs aka occupations are little more than ways of keeping people “occupied” in the pejorative sense of the word. It’s just thumb twiddling busy work. As Covid has revealed, most of it is “non essential”

love buffalo trace, either straight or with a little ice. I'll tell you my best find this year was Vanilla Crown Royal - and i swear i thought i'd never drink a drop of 'flavored' whiskey. but bro, give it a shot. straight up, no ice, the stuff is delicious. as its getting warmer though i'm gravitating back to tequila. love sipping a good reposado straight no training wheels (lime/salt)

fair enough. I think nowadays you have to sell out a bit to make it into the mainstream, even if you originally had an anti establishment vision. Look at Rage Against the Machine - playing at the capitol one arena. lol. Or John Mayer, who is an excellent guitarist - I think he knows a lot of his pop music is shit, but he had to get his name out there to make a living making music, and you can't do that anymore by just playing blues guitar... except for a few exceptions, like maybe Joe Bonamassa

The Millionaire Next Door will challenge everything you thought you knew about wealth. It's a minimalism book before minimalism was a thing. Also Thoreau's 'Walden' and the writings of the transcendentalists in general...the biggest thing you can take away from them is that, in a way none of this is new, society was never your friend, the highest calling is the cultivation of the individual, etc

I do copywriting and content writing, mostly within the health space. Lmk if you need any writing done. Personally I love being a drop out. everyone thinks the freelancing life is lonely except for freelancers. There are hard days but it beats the shit out of a regular job. I don’t understand how working around a bunch of retards is socially fulfilling or fun for people, just sounds like a cope to not put the work into starting/running your own ship

Actually I see a lot of guys roast women or at least demonstrate self awareness of the modern dating situation on r/dating. Not in actual threads but in a lot of comments. Catching on slowly but surely

Interesting, I too have drawn the analogy between the dating scene and the housing market.... here in the US we had a huge housing crash in 2008 when people realized the value of their houses/property was overblown and imaginary... I imagine eventually men will see that women are similarly overvalued and there will be a crash on a similar scale

Also, the NUMBER ONE piece of advice I have for getting jacked is log-booking!! I put it off for years...”whatever that’s gay” “I’ll remember my numbers” NO! Write your sets and weights down in your phone. I have one note document where I record all my workouts. It takes 2 seconds and you can track you progress. Name of the game for getting huge is progressive overload over time, you want to look back and be able to tell that you’re doing more weight/volume than you were before. This is the simp…
/r/MGTOW23/12/19 08:39 PM
2

In terms of time in the gym per workout? 90mins tops... maybe a bit more than that right before a deload. What I do is start each training cycle with the smallest amount of volume that will get me sore/growing > slowly add weight and/or sets each week > take a deload week after 4-8 weeks when you’ve hit the maximum volume you can recover from. You’ll know because you can’t add more volume or hit PRs, or you get too sore/unable to recover. I got this approach from dr mike israetel. I’d recommend …
/r/MGTOW23/12/19 08:33 PM

I would point you towards full body 3-4x/week or an upper lower 4x/week. Bro split or 1/2 muscles for a whole training day only makes sense if you’re already absurdly jacked

how do you measure something like "caring towards others?" giving money to homeless people? caring, agreeableness, understanding, weakness, are feminine traits. or something you get a dog or cat for. this just reinforces the pattern i see of women dating soyboy mangina/betabuxes nowadays: "hypergamy doesn't exist because i chose to date a cuck i can control." also, just my experience, but women hate intelligent, well-spoken men. or basically men that outshine them in any way. they either become …
