Yes, if she turns you down occasionally that's fine, I've been married a long time; after I read MMSLP I started lifting heavy, increased my size, since then I get a lot less no's, and then I can get oral or a quickie if I demand it; mild dread helps (letting her see other women like you), get more size, the key is to get your SMV higher than hers

Yes, it does, and it keeps increasing as long as you do the work, when I was 40 I had a lot of younger women hit on me, but you got to be in shape and enthusiastic and youthful, but be a young 30s guy, guys in their 30s and 40s have maturity over 20s, quality girls like that

I think you have to make some space, have things to do, places to go etc, like the gym, let them miss you (hopefully); keep your SMV high you'll always have options, and your wife (whether she admits or not, she probably won't) will be aware of it, and that can only help

I'm 60, I lift and stay fit (in fact I've gone from 160 to 180 from lifting and diet in about 17 weeks )and I get a lot of flirting and touching from women from 20 up, some look amazing; just work out, eat right, live right and you'll pull women forever, I honestly never thought women would still be interested!

I would lift one day, do sprints the next; if you have a leg day I would completely rest the next day, so say upper body day 1, sprint day 2, lower body day 3, rest day 4, sprint day 5, upper day 6, sprint day 7; if that makes sense; if you want more rest days, lift in the morning, sprint evening

I doubt it'll hurt you if you're in your early 20s, your recovery rate will be pretty fast compared to older men

The person closest to you (wife) is usually the last to notice, and she won't let on verbally lol, in my case after I started lifting other women notice first, and my wife observed other women noticing then she noticed, but still never says anything, just grabs my arms and neck while we're having sex

Yes! I am happier, I'm older and married but I apply red pill to my wife and other women and it works, usually I can figure out what motivates a woman (example, I run into a few women looking for money, or branch swingers, etc), red pill is a great defense mechanism to keep me from taking things too serious; it definitely has helped my sex life bringing alpha to the bedroom; don't fear women's sluttiness, embrace it, learn to use it to your advantage; study red pill as much as you can, use it, i…

Stay married; AWALT is true; read Athol Kaye's Married Man Sex Life Primer several times, all the stuff he says about women is true; I'm 10 years older than you, asked the same question, was tempted by a lot of younger women ( still get subtle offers, they really don't care about age, just quality and physical); I'm glad I stayed married, I have sex better than twice a week (and I work a lot of hours at a physical job), if your kids are out of the house you can have a lot of opportunities for se…

Early morning weights ( I do Maximus Body) Work Home, dinner, hang out with my wife, usually a make out session, if I don't start early at work the next morning usually sex As a red pilled married man you tell your wife you want sex ( although she is allowed an occasional pass)

Yes, I'm not against casual flirting or conversation with other women, unfortunately I've had too many instances of a woman (almost always married) isolating me and subtly attempting to escalate; I've concluded it's really tough to have female friends, they tend to either try to escalate or just disappear (unreliable as friends)

I agree with your comment on if you're with you're plate you're losing time with your wife; I remember I had a younger woman (24 years, and hot) sending me a text and 30 seconds later my wife texting me, I looked at both texts popped up on my screen before I opened it, laughed and said to myself "you've got a problem "; I ended the plate a couple of days later, we hadn't done anything, but the girl considered it an affair (emotional counts to women); I think you give everything to the marriage, …

My attitude is if they mate poach trying to steal me they think they're better than both me and my wife; and if they successfully poach me what's to stop them from poaching again; it speaks for their character, they could never be trusted; they'd be good for sex, maybe; one thing as you get older is you quickly recognize what a woman is really looking for

I'm a young looking 59 ( I guess I look early 50s), married, fit, making great money; you wouldn't believe the women (and how great they look) that have tried to mate poach me; several in their 40s (married by the way, it's disgusting), one single in her 30s (who a few years ago had tried out for an NFL cheerleading squad), and several in their 20s. At first I didn't know what to think, but some women like older, I never act on it but I enjoy it. If you think sex is dead in older guys you're wro…

You're right, I guess it's do all you can do until you realize there's nothing more to do, or where you hit the point where enough is enough, and yes, the kids will figure out if the marriage is toxic

Just buy the book, read it and do the work, it's not easy but it's worth it; if you don't have time to buy it and read it how are you going to have time to fix the marriage?

You gotta read the book, its only $10.99 on kindle, covers body agenda, rationalization hamster, alpha, beta, cheating, oneitis, it'll be the best 11 bucks you ever spend

Keep your frame, take the high road, keep trying; do your best to be the best option for your partner, you're invested in them but they're invested in you too; nothing is perfect but I think marriage is awesome, but it's no different than dating (been a long time, a good marriage is probably easier); mix alpha and beta

The kids'll figure out the marriage sucks by the time they hit their 20s, I say do all you can to fix the marriage so the kids have a good marriage to reference to

That's a good point, I don't have a good answer, you'll probably have a lot of women to hang out with; I played softball, beach volleyball, soccer into my 40s, now I run and lift, I'm married 30 years, I do remember all my friends getting married and I was single, they disappear after marriage (it's natural); if you're active your friends will be younger; like I said, I don't have a good answer; but honestly there were a lot of times in my 30s and 40s I'd wished I was unattached, and I was happi…

Married Man Sex Life Primer, read it, before I read it we had sex once a week (which I never thought was enough), now it's 2-3 times a week; when I read the book I couldn't believe what women will do (started me reading red pill stuff), but after I changed my behaviors and worked out a lot everything got better; read that book and apply it, he is right on. The part that really got me was he talks about a wife drip feeding you occasional sex (and occasional hyper sex) just to keep you hooked; he …

You won't be lonely, when you hit your 30s the younger women will come at you like you wouldn't believe! If you work out, work on your career, etc., people (especially women) will be drawn to you; the married guys will be jealous, just work on yourself ( take it from an older guy); a man's SMV just keeps slowly rising

I've observed one wife who is cheating on her husband, he hasn't a clue and at the time I figured it out I was shocked, that said my instincts a long time ago told me she wasn't happy; I'm happily married, but I do occasionally check my wife's phone and computer especially after observing this other woman cheating; I read MMSLP and it really improved my marriage, but it's a challenge to mix alpha and beta, figure out shit tests v loyalty tests; if my marriage did ever fall apart I'm very confide…

I don't know about the Beta Faggot, but cheating means sneaking around, lying to everybody, it's not alpha. If you have enough pull as a married man to draw another woman, if you were divorced you should pull a lot more and better women; women interested in a married man have serious issues, tend to be unstable, certainly couldn't be trusted. Cheating is never a good option, if your marriage sucks your view of other women isn't clear.

Friends who are self motivated will support you; the ones who aren't will not; the biggest thing I've noticed is cock blocking, if you just talk to a woman guys around you get jealous, at first I was bewildered, now I take it as a compliment; increasing your SMV is great, I'm married, my wife is more attracted to me (I followed MMSLP), and a better class of other women like talking to me; just like everyone says, lift weights, chase your goals, smile, be friendly, enjoy the attention
