I play games and I still get pissed off at gender stereotypes in games. Just saying... it's not one or the other.

I think showing examples works the best for me. For example, mental health, women are allowed to deal with their problems openly. Men have very few they can turn to without being told to "grow up/man up", parents, partners, society thinks that men have to be above these kinds of health problems. Also I like another persons example, "put a girl in guys clothes and nothing happens, put a man in a dress and he'll get verbally and physically abused". There are lots of examples, and I think they help…

Actually I highly doubt this was a legit post. The most researched kind of heart disease is male pattern heart disease (which can affect men and women). We only recently found evidence of female pattern heart disease, which, like male pattern, affects it's prospective gender in higher percentages.
