I got that but having loans specifically home loans gives you tax cuts. Buy 3BHK apartment and rent out 2 rooms live in one. It pays your overheads and tax. Basically live for free and add tax cuts on top of that gives you investment funds for future. So getting loans is pretty important in my opinion.
