Well it’s like most things it starts off with an appreciation of the landscape and how it’s evolved. Quality women see it as a process and you’re serious about a relationship then you need to understand how they approach it. The gospel right here . A woman can go into a local grocery store and shout ‘who wants to fcuk’ and you’ll pretty much get a full show of male hands. It’s just the way it works

Folks, quality women go through a process. They've adapted the conditions imposed by on-line dating and others. For more of an insight have a look at this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RZ826VH or you could choose to ignore it and be forever scratching your heads - we are where we are

Have a go at enhancing your EQ and SQI and take it from there. This will help https://www.amazon.com/ENCHANTING-ME-Romantic-Emotional-Intelligence-ebook/dp/B07SKGB3WZ/

Aimed more at women (when I wrote it) but equally applicable to men. Women generally are on high alert to the classic techniques so you have to drop in under the radar. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SKGB3WZ

I agree totally. Such a dark edge to it and this is captured in the use of Moid! There’s nothing empowering about breeding cynicism, rather disempowering in the long run. We stopped spanking our children a long time ago and now offer a reward system based on positivity. Time will tell in future generations how that one will pan out as well

Be worth trying to establish if she’s found her ‘quiet’ confidence. I wrote this with women in mind but I think it’s equally relevant to men. Good luck https://www.amazon.co.uk/ENCHANTING-ME-Romantic-Emotional-Intelligence-ebook/dp/B07SKGB3WZ/

Preparing yourself emotionally/Building self-love: Before you are able to love someone else, you need to love yourself. Self-love is a term that has been tossed around so much more lately, so what exactly is self-love, and why is it important to living well? It influences who you date, how you function at work, and how you deal with the problems in your life. A simple definition of self-love is that it is a state of appreciation for yourself that grows from the actions that you take to support y…

I always say to my clients: Label your emotions: Emotions that are nameless have a way of crippling us, but putting a name to what you are feeling it significantly decreases the intensity of that emotion. So, acknowledge to yourself, if not to anyone else, that you’re feeling sad, angry, anxious, or scared. You also need to recognize that the way that you feel at a particular time has a lot of effect on the way you make choices. For example, when excited, you may be more impulsive in your action…

Date readiness might mean different things to different people, but I define it as getting yourself prepared mentally, emotionally and physically to get on the dating scene. If you are not mentally prepared, don’t venture out. If you are not emotionally and physically prepared, don’t try it. Date readiness involves becoming the very best version of yourself, not just for the benefit of your potential date, but more importantly for your benefit. When you feel and look your best, you are more like…

Dating and relationships are complex, and this is human nature we are dealing with. Human beings are most unpredictable, plus with the added complexity of hiding behind a wall of anonymity in the case of on-line dating, no one is in full control. The best analogy I can think of is that of Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz. Dorothy was aware that something magical was at the end of the yellow brick road, but was not prepared for the surprises she encountered along the road. In her case, the tin-man, t…

Another myth I’d like to break here is that dating will help you heal emotional scars of the past. If your decision to date is purely an emotional based response such as trying to right some wrongs from the past, think again. Emotional based dating is not a panacea and, in some cases, can trigger or conjure up more serious feelings that we may have kept hidden.

In my opinion, understanding the ‘why’ is much more a journey of understanding your self-worth, and reaching out to take hold of what you desire. This is a journey that you can choose to take control of as opposed to letting your pathway be informed by others. It’s about you being objective and not being reliant on the opinion of others, no matter how close they are to you. Typical examples of being subjective and letting the thoughts and opinions of others ‘creep’ into your approach to seeking …

That feeling that you’ve finally found a “home” or safe place with another person. A place where you are able to be your authentic self – warts and all – without the fear of rejection, persecution or judgement with them. This is a feeling I now want you to start to open your mind up to.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
