1	Guys with ADHD -- How do you play it off? I have pretty sever ADHD-PI as well and I've found something that works great. Learn to disengage your mind through acting. This sounds ridiculous but try it. When you are alone or any the shower try to recite some random dialog which using your brain to analyze or directly control what you are saying. It should be a new kind of sensation. Apply this to your life and social conversations and see the change.
