I hate to be the dick here, but please get a restraining order against her. Even though you have the attack on the officers noted, it doesn't mean shit. She can fuck you over in ways you never thought possible. It will result in more court time for her, but he already screwed the pooch so to speak. If I were you I would take extreme caution.
