Dunno why this surprises anyone. Same with promotions. When they look to get a better gender mix in mid level management. It's a bunch of attractive women with no skills. I will admit that every once in a while, you get a fat/butch but otherwise competent woman, but they're rarely promoted, and so you're left with a bunch of pretty girls whose only skill is to cry to authority when their expertise or judgement is challenged, leading to a very toxic working environment.

It infuriates me so much that women are assumed to be nurturing because in my experience, the majority of them are not. Look at the number of single dudes with dogs, the ones that need plenty if exercise vs the number of women who have cats who pretty much require a minimum of attention

I'm the kinda guy who hates paying full price and so most of my stuff is second hand that I don't get to attached to... The women I spend time with are the same way...
