If a woman uses a BMW to run you over until your leg snaps, you can legally use reasonable and proportionate force to defend yourself. I get how it comes across, but I wasn't even thinking of good deeding etc, it was a small bit of involvement, little more than giving someone the time if they ask for it. 8	Thoughts about "Equality Rights Amendment"? Just tonight I got 'robbed' by a female, in a situation where if it was male, I could've very easily sorted things out. Instead, I felt deprived of the ability to protect and reclaim my posessions as doing so would've put a female in greater danger than the 'danger' they posed to me: this feels like a demonstration of a circumstance where their criminal rights trump my legal rights. Up until now, I never even distinguished strangers as men or women. It's not about the money value, it's the theft and fraud using the gender dynamic as a barrier to get away with it i.e. knowing that I couldn't do anything physically and that's all it boiled down to.
