It just means that if you want to accuse someone, you need to provide evidence. This is how shit should work regardless. Requiring someone to show evidence of something is vastly different to having to provide the police with your phone as well as logins for your social media accounts. This is just going to stop people coming forward who are embarrassed, or even incriminated of other offences by their social media profiles.
