Unfortunately for you, it will be raised that they just didn't think you were qualified. In my experience, the judgment on granting an interview is at the discretion of the person reading the resume. There isn't a lot of evidence that they can say they denied you because you are male. They will take interviews from other white males the moment they get a whiff of a case. You weren't denied employment, you were just denied an interview, which I am sure in legalland is not the same thing.
