It's legal to have golf clubs in Sweden. That doesn't mean he's guilty, but at least there is some measure of due process occurring. The biggest concern is when schools ban students based on internal accusations that haven't been investigated, and/or for which the authorities have not issued charged. Those are the biggest travesties of justice. There are a lot of jobs for which having been charged for a crime can cost you the job (mine being one). It is very difficult, at best, for a murder defendant to be allowed to represent himself. The stakes are too high. But a child support defendant can. On the flip side of the coin, do you want to have to have an attorney for every little thing in front of the court? | 34 | "When women see a guy with an obese girlfriend, that guy basically becomes a non-entity to them -- even if he's hot"As a Sales Manager, this is an easy way to identify a good salesman. Put me in a room with 20 sales guys to interview in 5 minutes, and I can do it with only two criteria: - how long were you at each of your last two jobs - show me a picture of your wife or girlfriend The differential between how attractive the sales guy is, and how attractive his wife/gf is, tells me a lot about how good he is. | /r/TheRedPill | 23/10/16 08:40 PM |

Once the accusation is made, the accuser then faces the decision to ruin someone else's life or to ruin their own. If you watch the video, the fake pedestrian is creating a traffic hazard. You can't just walk in front of oncoming traffic and expect them to slam on the brakes for you. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 18/11/14 01:39 AM |
| 2 | "...it was a duck, it was a huge duck. It was scary. I'm a woman, it scared me."Did you watch the video? Cars moving along at probably 35 mph, guy in duck costume steps out in front of them. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 17/11/14 11:50 PM |

| 4 | "...it was a duck, it was a huge duck. It was scary. I'm a woman, it scared me."This looks like a really shitty sting. A pedestrian can just walk out in front of cars and they have to stop? Cars are supposed to yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk, but pedestrians aren't supposed to enter the crosswalk if there are cars approaching. In the video shown, if some of these cars had stopped for the pedestrian, they would have caused a traffic accident. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 17/11/14 08:17 PM |
