Did you read the article? He incorrectly introduced the DNA evidence, so it couldn't be considered. It is very difficult, at best, for a murder defendant to be allowed to represent himself. The problem is that makes it practically impossible for someone to come clean. Once the accusation is made, the accuser then faces the decision to ruin someone else's life or to ruin their own. As a runner, the running times are especially interesting. 13:00 for men is a 6:30 mile. That's quick. 15:36 for women is a 7:48 mile. It's not just that a 7:48 mile is a LOT slower than a 6:30 mile, but that a 7:48 mile is much easier for women than a 6:30 mile is for men. This looks like a really shitty sting. A pedestrian can just walk out in front of cars and they have to stop? Cars are supposed to yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk, but pedestrians aren't supposed to enter the crosswalk if there are cars approaching. In the video shown, if some of these cars had stopped for the pedestrian, they would have caused a traffic accident.
