you do realize that striking someone first sets you up for a civil suit especially when its caught on camera. the fact that he immediately released her and never threw a punch also backs up the self-defense case. I'm no lawyer but i saw this on here before and this is what i was informed from the guy who actually bodied that girl

it was posted online onto the dude (morgan's) twitter, that he is not facing charges because she struck him first and he strictly acted defensively. the video proved his case. Also if you have a seizure, people SEIZE up as in every muscle tightens so when this girl starts flailing her arms with bent knees. its highly unlikely it's the real thing
