Can confirm- 28 years old, had fun but wasen't stupid and working full time since 16, I now own a company with 2 locations and have employees. Most friends left and became wildly resentful once I started doing good for myself because I wouldn't help them out, borrow money, hire them, skip work to go for a afternoon drinking bender etc etc etc (irony being I never did in the first place).... Took a while to set in that I really believed they would be good good friends and they were not, the end

28 here- I know where you're coming from, start going to meetings early so you don't have to keep going to them, my motto anyway

So I inspected some fat loss story click bait or something similar, someone chimed in that "its assumed good looking people are perceived as assholes by fat people as fat people are assumed beautiful people inside now by society", to which a woman replied "shes pretty and people that judge by body type are scum etc"- former penthouse playmate and model...... what are the odds

I bet you can think of 3 things right this second you'd like to know more about or be better at, get after it

Oh well. You'll never hit a target unless you take the safety off, if you put too much pressure on yourself you're bound to flinch. Next time you conversate "you missed out", end conversation..... might have to let the water come to a boil before you can throw your noodle in

Being only a late 20's man this re-assures my thinking for a long time. While I have no need to be a lone wolf, I can be. I realize there will be a day when someone I rely on falls short, which in turn makes me more prepared and in a better scenario to begin with.

Nothing makes me cringe more than hearing buddies that just "went for it and it pissed them off". I've told them its 50/50 mental/physical game. The key is isn't to sell them on what you want to do, it's to mentally make them want what you're selling.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
